Niki should expect to see an increase in her funster interactions after all the lies she told on Javier’s podcast. If she was genuinely afraid of “stalkers,” she wouldn’t have so enthusiastically spouted untruths to media about what’s been happening. She can’t say she had no idea what the consequences would be.

I doubt this will happen but if he does end up in front of a judge, is this in an area that allows video streaming or distribution of the recording?
