I suspect this pooner is choosing fabrics that emphasize and outline of the bulge on purpose.

Because she could easily just wear jean shorts. And I don't think the issue would be quite that visible.

Edit: Scratch that I'm a tard.
if she'd just had surgery, then she might actually be limited in what fabrics are comfortable.
Funnily enough she's just posted about this topic. u/RedRockWulf

I love trying on new pants and seeing how my bulge looks

So far I’ve tried on about every pair of pants I own between shorts, pajamas, dress pants, jeans, running shorts and swimming trunks. I love seeing how my bulge looks different in all of these.

My bulge looks almost non existent in running shorts / swim trunks, super out there in sweatpants and too out there in khakis. The problem with the khakis is it can only fit down one leg and since it’s not baggy at all, my print is super obvious.

Soft pajama pants are fun, I’ve never once seen my dick as cute but when I was just rubbing my bulge and feeling how soft and fluffy it was, I couldn’t help it. They also look more like sweatpants and make things more noticeable.

Jeans would’ve been comfortable if there was more crotch room, but when it went down a pant leg the material was too rough / tight and just felt very restricting like it was going to chaff my dick off. It wasn’t too bad until I decided to sit down and everything got 10x tighter and I changed immediately.

I’ve also gained the preference of pants with inseams that start lower so that my dick doesn’t need to choose between left or right and can comfortably sit in the middle. I’m 6.5 long and about 6.5 girth for reference.

I’m no longer able to buy pants online unless I know the brand / fit because I find most to be a hit or miss lately since they’re not made for such long floppys

Next thing I’m looking forward to is finally being able to go swimming and seeing how my print looks when I get out of the water before I break that air seal
Looks like it's a jeans-less future for her.
There's also someone in the comments who is 6.5"in length and 8.25"in girth who gets very self conscious at work about it.
Thats wider than the classic coke can and longer than the those slimmer coke cans.

Do not just click the spoiler button, heed my warnings first
I feel I must give a lengthy warning before posting anything here.
Firstly, I am not someone who is easily fazed, being on the Internet long enough has desensitized me to many things gore related, this image has repulsed me to my core.
Even if I posted 100 times a day on the forums for an entire decade, THIS, will still be the most disgusting thing I'll ever post. By a country mile.

For backstory this picture was posted by the victim of the surgery and it was so bad that they deleted it, it was later uploaded to r/Eyebleach (r/Eyeblech technically).

A brief description of this image and some facts:
  • A rotten black spot where a clit is supposed to be surrounded by multiple pustules
  • A large amount of yellow/brown/rotting flesh hanging out from the "vagina" and is nearly touching the bed
  • 'The oldest and strongest emotion of mankind is fear, and the oldest and strongest kind of fear is fear of the unknown.'
Don't look at it

I am retarded because it took me ages to find the forum mirror.
I am retarded because this was the first thread I HAD to check.
I am retarded because the first post I read lead me to this post.

I an retarded because the first spoiler I opened in the first thread I checked in my first few minutes back after finding this mirror was THAT.

And I am truly home again.

her phallo recovery
For some info, I had MLD phallo. My stage one included phallus creation, scrotoplasty with implants, vaginectomy, total hysterectomy with ovary removal, urethral lengthening that is not yet connected, and my surgeon does something similar to metoidioplasty with the bottom growth, so you now pee through there as if you had meta as well, which is basically partial urethral lenghtening.
The first four days at the hospital were almost a living hell. I couldn’t even lift my head up because I was so nauseous and dizzy. I couldn’t eat, I couldn’t drink water. When I did, I gagged and would’ve thrown up, but there was nothing to actually throw up, so I just kept gagging. I had to get an IV anti nausea medication every time as I ate, which did not help at all. I could only properly eat and also not gag day four post op.
Before that, especially on day two, suicide legitimately seemed like a better option than everything I felt and I got very depressed. I was allowed to take HRT again only four days post-op, so I was a huge mess as my body wasn’t producing any hormones in the meantime, literally staring at a wall, wondering what the hell was I doing with my life, how I would do anything to go back to normal. Aside from my emotions, I got severe hysterectomy side effects, like sweat literally dripping from me, hot flashes, slight insomnia, and my depression and anxiety being at a peak (note that I do suffer from very bad anxiety, depression, and some other things), such as waking up from sleep with intense panic attacks while I’ve only had a few minor ones in my whole life, and my whole body vigorously shaking from anxiety while I wasn’t even anxious, and unable to stop it. Aside from that, I was just crippled, dizzy, and nauseous. Not in pain, luckily, as I was given painkillers all the time, or that would’ve made it so much worse. In the first few days, I regretted it 100000%, especially as it was my own conscious decision.
As I was out of the hospital, although recovering at the assigned apartment for three weeks… it was rough. It was better, but still super rough. Getting up was an immense task. You need to hold your phallus and catheter as you walk, so you can’t really grab things on your own, and my friend had to do everything for me, including showering. My leg was partially numb as I wasn’t allowed to move my legs (except my feet and toes) for three days at the hospital, at least with my case, where they connected the blood vessels in my thigh. I limped and it was awkward to walk after I actually started to walk a week post op when discharged. Previous to that, I only got up and walked a few circles around my room.
I had two catheters (although the foley for only 7-11 days, the suprapubic for 3 weeks) and they were uncomfortable and annoying. They gave me extreme pain at times (the second worst pain I’ve felt in my life), with which I could only somewhat lay in a fetal position and wait for the painkillers to work, or for it to pass. As I started to plug the catheter tube so I wasn’t connected to the bag at all times as to train my bladder again, I peed myself probably four times and definitely was incontinent. Back at the hospital, I also wasn’t aware I had diarrhea and thought it was just gas after the hysto… nope, so the nurses had to clean that up.
Your dignity is gonna go out at the hospital, believe me. They’ll have to potentially clean your poop, potentially your pee (but definitely empty the catheter filled with pee), you’ll potentially fart like hell and your stomach is going to move as if possessed if you’ll have a hysto (intestines rearranging themselves, as well as that you get gas filled in your stomach so they can see what they’re doing, which then needs to go out), and of course they’ll also have to clean your whole downstairs, and so on.
People seriously don’t joke when they say this is the hardest thing you’ll ever go through in your life. And that’s not even counting the overall pain, if the painkillers don’t work.
However, at 2.5 weeks post-op, approximately, things started getting a lot better. I started going around for walks, and the day before I went back home at 3 weeks post-op, I even took a bit of a tour of the city and walked for a whopping 8 kilometres without any pain (I very much don’t recommend this), feeling almost completely normal as a whole, just my testicles feeling slightly uncomfortable.
Now, a bit over a month post op, and back home for two weeks, things are good. The only inconvenience really is that I get a ton of discharge from my current urethra (and I mean a ton, having to wear sanitary pads for it), but otherwise changing the gauzes on the graft site and taking care of everything is alright, and I am almost back to my daily life. Still healing, but I’m doing good, and seeing a bulge, being able to touch/hold my penis despite not feeling it, gives me a lot of happiness and euphoria.
I now definitely don’t regret it, and can’t see myself as pre-op at all anymore, and honestly would go through the first week hell again if I had to. The euphoria I felt when I realised that my natal genitals are gone, and that despite the fact that I’m only post stage one without the urethral hooked up and without a glans, with my penis being still very swollen and that being the primary source of my dysphoria that will go away with time and healing, I feel happy about everything as a whole, albeit excluding the still intact bottom growth and current urethra and having to sit to pee through that, but that one is not a huge deal.
This isn’t meant to scare anyone, but I just thought I’d share my experience with recovery as it’s probably on the worse side of recovery possibilities.
Edited for typos.
Comments explaining the urethra:
I have an urethra inside the phallus, that is not yet connected, yes, that gets connected in stage two, so I’m not using it at all. But, I’m not also using my original urethra. That urethra was also extended and I now pee through my bottom growth, because instead of getting stage 1 as metoidioplasty, as most surgeons do, mine did metoidioplasty while also creating the phallus and everything else. So he created the neourethra inside the phallus, plus elongated the existing one to (under?) bottom growth like with metoidioplasty. That’s so it’s easier and so there’s less complications when hooking this now elongated urethra up to the neourethra in the phallus.
External, it goes below it, basically. Make sure to ask lots of details and persist with questions if they don’t answer fully, I’ve noticed they (his team) can be really vague with answering some things, just as a heads up!
One thing is that post surgery, aside from looking gnarly in a few days from dark scabbing and such, your phallus/penis will be very swollen, and will be quite a few cm/over an inch shorter and a few cm thicker than what you agreed to. It’s normal and will go to the original length and girth in up to half a year post op. This is the main thing that’s messing with me right now mentally, that it’s currently a whopping 4 cm shorter than what it should be (and a few cm girthier than it should be) solely due to swelling, which like I said, goes down gradually.
I unfortunately still have two surgeries to go since he puts an ED in as a seperate third surgery, but the hardest part is over and for the second stage in 8 months, I’ll only be staying at the hospital for a few day versus a week, and then at the apartment for 5 days instead of 2 weeks, plus it’s much, much much easier to recover from, so I don’t necessarily mind it, especially as to how much it’ll improve my quality of life versus having just stage one

"face skin extremely greasy + smells terrible after hysto"
I’ve had problems with acne and very greasy skin since first puberty. It didn’t get a ton worse on T, it stayed mostly the same, but after a hysto… damn.
Edit for clarification: 1 year and a few months on T, almost two months post hysto
While my face already got greasy again an hour after washing it with the only face wash that works for my face (La Roche Posay’s acne prone oily skin one) even before I was on T, and after I went on it, it’s now EXTREMELY greasy. I can literally smell it and it smells bad (like oil/sebum).
By 4 PM, the smell gets almost unbearable, and even now, an hour or so after washing my face, I can smell it. It’s gross. I can’t touch my face at all, or else there’s just oil on my fingers, and I can’t wear my glasses because they start sliding down my nose an hour in after my face being freshly washed.
So I was wondering if anyone has any advice, aside from washing my face five times a day or something.
I’ve ran out of moisturiser so I need to buy a new one ASAP, but I used Neutrogena’s water gel and it seems nice. La Roche Posay’s moisturiser that comes in a tiny bottle worked the best so far and actually made my skin not greasy for a few hours or so, and I was going to write how it’s really expensive for that small bottle, but I just googled it, and it’s 40ml for $20 while the Neutrogena’s one is 50ml for $17, so looks like I’ll go back to using that one (maybe I just answered my own question?)
But, in any case, tips for how not to have my face smell and feel greasy all the time are appreciated!

butcher is Dr. Miroslav Djordjevic in Serbia. This was one of the men who killed Carrie Reihl, apparently he was only doing surgeries in NYC for a short period and is now back to mutilating Europeans. (at least this is what's implied on his website, saying he returned to Serbia in Nov 2022 but he could be going back and forth more regularly)

Here are photos showing his surgery process, for those who hate their eyeballs

At least one surgeon is telling TiFs that nerve hookup has a 95% success rate. If you have read this thread thoroughly we've seen countless TiFs go through with this pseudoscience procedure and have it fail. I've even read about TiFs in r/phallo who were going to try this twice which would result in losing sensation to the clitoris as there's only two nerve branches.

Losing sexual sensation after Phallo

I am sorry I keep asking questions on here but I once again wanted a personal experience response.

So my surgeon told me there is about a 5% chance that I won't feel anything (from the nerve hookup) from the phallo or Scrotoplasty. Though it's a minor possibility, it's still something I'm a little worried about.

There are a ton of other nerves in that region, sexual ones too, and the main nerve that wouldnt be working is the one that is hooked up in the surgery and doesn't heal correctly. So there would still be alternative forms of stimulation, even if the main one doesnt heal correctly.

Since there is a presence of alternative senation in the nerves that aren't touched during the surgery, is this even that concerning in the first place? Or would it be worth it to do a phalloplasty and a scrotoplasty a year apart, so I can see how the phallo heals first? How did you guys approach or deal with this issue?
"Hookup". That term doesn't set off any alarm bells for these chicks? Like c'mon, don't we know better? If the human body was really that simple wouldn't spinal cord injuries be solved quite easily? Hookup. Just hook it up! Since when has anything in medicine worked like that?

Ironic how every TIF I know I Fucking Loves Science.

Here’s a kiwi experiment. Tell your man or your buddy that his dick is cute, soft, and fluffy and see how he feels.
Oh hell no! I wanna get laid tonight.

This one is bizarre. How does plication of the penis entail "lens implant and tests"? Did Dr. Aaron Grotas moonlight as an ophthalmic surgeon?

"Bouturira's condition of Peyronie's disease continued to deteriorate", of course Grotas isn't even much of a urologist either.

That is odd. I know that Peyronie's is sometimes treated with a penile implant, both to straighten and to help regain lost length. In the first sentence they say it was plication, which implies it was plication only (since it was only one operative date).

Maybe they were copy-pasting from another and made a whoopsie.

Even if by some miracle it works (it wont) why would these nerve hookup surgeries be something desirable? They can't get hard, they can't coom, they will never feel the authentic caveman mode of being a real man ready to fuck and the relief of blowing your load.

I mean, its just another level of retardation and delusion that I will never wrap my head around.

Something I've been wondering about with FFS surgery removing bone from the face is facial collapse. It occurs when people loose their teeth and don't get prosthetics becasue the body simply thinks there's no use for the jaw anymore when the teeth are not there and starts to absorb the bone.

Could something similar happen when you start shaving off too much bone, the body just thinking there's no need for it so it just re-absorbs the rest?

If you are new to the thread, you probably shouldn't click this. I can stomach it just fine, but that's because I've read 500 pages of abject horror on the farms.

:story:

The rotting foot was quite disgusting though, although I'm not quite as disgusted at that as it was probably more just a diabetic neglecting their health, as opposed to someone who purposely went to a surgeon to mutilate their genitals.

Edit/Disclaimer: It appears that at least 2 of the following 3 specimens are actually reposts
Anyway, I'm back for Round 2, so
Mk.2: Do not just click the spoiler buttons, heed my warnings first, Needless to say all of the spoilers are NSFW
These aren't actually anywhere nearly as bad as 'rotting neo vagina' because these are now all FTM's instead of MTF's, but some interesting specimens, I stumbled upon a Twitter account that posted a few of them so here we are

Our first specimen is a black FTM who is crying about having small balls. The sack isn't even remotely connected to the "penis" and as the Twitter user pointed out, looks more like a tumor than a ballsack. The "Penis" is also a completely different shade of brown than the rest of their crotch area.... and the tip looks like it has had an infection at some stage.
Specimen 2 is quite interesting for a number of reasons, the stitches bursting at the seams trying to keep it together, the fact that it is quite a small "penis" when you literally have the privilege of having a surgeon effectively craft any size "penis" you want for you.
The bulge on one side of the crotch which I can only assume is the hardware or whatever is feeding blood to the attachment.
Or the fact that the "penis" has tattoos on it, seemingly because wherever they took that skin from had a tattoo on it already.
I didn't think these were that bad, maybe I'm not quite as disgusted by FTM's but then I saw another tweet that was posted and I'm now brain broken, my mind couldn't make sense of the picture infront of my eyes.
Which leads me to specimen 3, who I have nicknamed as 'Splay "Penis"' for reasons which may soon become apparent.

When I first saw this picture I thought it was someone who had lost the top of their hand just below the thumb in some freak accident, my mind unable to process the image that I was seeing, and then it finally clicked after reading the text.
Still Specimen 3, further pictures of the hollow flesh tube with a splayed end, the file "Splay Penis 3" is extra disgusting as there is hair growing down the length of the "penis"
splay penis 2.jpgsplay penis 3.jpg
Finally done so now I can stop putting penis in quotation marks.
