Funnily enough she's just posted about this topic. u/RedRockWulfI suspect this pooner is choosing fabrics that emphasize and outline of the bulge on purpose.
Because she could easily just wear jean shorts. And I don't think the issue would be quite that visible.
Edit: Scratch that I'm a tard.
if she'd just had surgery, then she might actually be limited in what fabrics are comfortable.

I love trying on new pants and seeing how my bulge looks
So far I’ve tried on about every pair of pants I own between shorts, pajamas, dress pants, jeans, running shorts and swimming trunks. I love seeing how my bulge looks different in all of these.
My bulge looks almost non existent in running shorts / swim trunks, super out there in sweatpants and too out there in khakis. The problem with the khakis is it can only fit down one leg and since it’s not baggy at all, my print is super obvious.
Soft pajama pants are fun, I’ve never once seen my dick as cute but when I was just rubbing my bulge and feeling how soft and fluffy it was, I couldn’t help it. They also look more like sweatpants and make things more noticeable.
Jeans would’ve been comfortable if there was more crotch room, but when it went down a pant leg the material was too rough / tight and just felt very restricting like it was going to chaff my dick off. It wasn’t too bad until I decided to sit down and everything got 10x tighter and I changed immediately.
I’ve also gained the preference of pants with inseams that start lower so that my dick doesn’t need to choose between left or right and can comfortably sit in the middle. I’m 6.5 long and about 6.5 girth for reference.
I’m no longer able to buy pants online unless I know the brand / fit because I find most to be a hit or miss lately since they’re not made for such long floppys
Next thing I’m looking forward to is finally being able to go swimming and seeing how my print looks when I get out of the water before I break that air seal

There's also someone in the comments who is 6.5"in length and 8.25"in girth who gets very self conscious at work about it.
Thats wider than the classic coke can and longer than the those slimmer coke cans.
