When he first consulted lawyers before ever filing his lolsuit he very likely was told not to post about his case on social media and to send copies of any posts he already made on social media about his case to his lawyer. I like to think the paralegal who had to go through his Twitter history is a Patposter now

That's what the debtor exam was for, to get specific info on Pat's income. Pat skipped out on it, which is why he's now being charged with contempt of court.

If Fat Rick goes to jail for a little bit (maybe a week or so) over this kerfuffle do you think when he gets out he'll go back and reply to all the xeets that mentioned him while he was imprisoned? If the pests dedicated themselves then combined they could probably post a six figure number of xeets in a week. Would Pat get out and just say "okay I have to reply to these 158,231 xeets Nikki, clear my schedule"?

Edit: I've just realized how incredibly FAT he is. I don't know how I didn't notice before.

The funniest thing is they tell clients this because one inadvertent message can come back to bite you in the right opposition hands. Thankfully, Rick knows better and the paralegal didn't have to dig through thousands of useless messages for the evidence and could just search a few keywords and paste them in.

That's the thing newcomers to the Pativerse need to understand; He's already lost. This isn't like other cows in legal trouble who have a big long fight left where the funny outcome is denied to us because of lolcow luck. The funny outcome already happened and he's been saddled with a judgement debt, and the debt domesticated in his jurisdiction. This is the "pay willingly or be forced to pay" phase of the process. Everything during and after this time is a nice bonus to the comedy that is his life. Pat playing like he can delay and stall his way into a different outcome just sets the stage for more and bigger laughs.

I'm placing a strong bet that when he finally shows up to the supplemental examination to avoid jail he won't bring everything. He'll only bring what he thinks they will know about, that they won't be aware that he and Nikki tried to use a business to shield some of their assets, etc... which he will be completely wrong about and of which I have no doubt Quazi's lawyer and the court will be well aware. He will think he can pull one over on the examiner, not knowing that the courts have literally seen it all at this point. I wouldn't put it past him to even bring manipulated and forged documents thinking that the court won't be able to tell. Again, he will have completely underestimated the capacity of the court. From that point it ought to get really interesting.

While funny, here's what is actually going to happen. Pat will actually show up for this hearing, because ignoring it means definite jail time. His lawyer will try his best to get the Man of Pig away from paying the debt, because he's been "SWATTTed" like 40 times, and thus, in his words, him ignoring the debt exam was justified.

The prosecution will present him being a retard on Twitter and, essentially, just look at the judge and go "I mean, seriously, look at this shit. Just look at it." And so Pat will bury himself, because you can't defend anyone when faced with literally hundreds of public Tweets saying that he won't ever pay the debt, that he owes nothing, that ACTUALLY IT IS YOU WHO IS GOING TO PRISON STALKER CHILD.

So while he will, assuming the lawyer prosecuting is even remotely competent because this is objectively a slam-dunk trial, serve like a week at most in jail for contempt, that'll be about it before he starts paying back his debt that he's neglected.

Now, knowing Pat, he will deny this ever happened. Even when presented with easily accessible public info he'll say that he never went to jail, that's just your delusions again stalker, enjoy prison. Because ultimately this narcissistic faggot can never, ever admit he was wrong about anything, even when presented with absolute unassailable facts. And he'll pay Quasi. If he doesn't then, well...

I guess we'll see if that happens. It wouldn't be good for old Patty, that's for sure.
