Poland has shown countless times to ignore EU laws that go against their values.
Poland has refused to accept illegal immigrants countless of times, and got fined shit ton of money for it. They also mine coal despite EU crying about it.
Of course they are not paying these fines, and in result stopped receiving most donations from EU. The most prominent libertarian party "Konfederacja" is planning on leaving EU all together once they win elections.

EU has tried censoring Polish politicans on Twitter for spreading "far-right covid misinformation" which resulted in Govt making their own Twitter clone.

There is a very slim chance they will do anything because of EU laws, even under current governement.
