I don’t really believe it is shameful for a person to be shorter than the accepted average.
It’s only shameful and mockable when it is related to fragile egoed men who frequently and publicly lie about their height. Fatrick has claimed to be 6 foot. If he was 5’10”, that’s forgivable, but at 5 foot and six to eight inches, he really is delusional.

I had a hard time choosing between agree and feels on this post.

I used to know a guy that would say he was 5'11" to keep the 6-6-6 whores away (he was at least 6'2", he obviously had a few inches on me and I am 5'11"). Because they're ordinary, well meaning, well adjusted people who generally approach the world with kindness.*

On the surface, if you hear someone say, "I said Norm MacDonald wasn't funny 5 years ago and now cyberstalkers SWAT me and threaten my family", the kneejerk reaction for most people is sympathy. Anyone else who read Peter's tweets would say something like, "Thank you for your help and kind words, law enforcement are helping me work on it and I'm always open to advice on how to stop this living nightmare." People like helping people, and you'd think someone in such an awful situation would take any advice and support they could get - it's an interaction that should be a win-win for both parties.

Not with Pat though, obvs. I think it takes a few tries for well meaning people to realise they're talking to someone thicker than a brick wall and that they're wasting their breath. If Pat was even .1% more personable, he would have a lot of supporters and OnA would likely have similar crusades trying to get them off the Web as we do, I think.
