3. When talking about Sybil lawsuit he mentions that Russ didn’t even say what defamatory statements Sybil allegedly made, which is simply not true.
Giving his personal characterization of statements isn't really the same as giving the actual statements, which he apparently hasn't even seen. You're supposed to plead the exact words, when they were uttered and to whom, and have copies of the supposedly defamatory messages.

While the restraining order thing, if taken as accurate, might be defamatory per se, it's also substantially accurate and Greer lies about only ever having had one. The other, though, about him being beat up, is not defamatory per se, and he doesn't plead any damages specifically caused by that statement even if it is false.

I know that, but the way his documentary is worded gives the impression that Russ sued for Defamation without saying what defamed him which is not true. It’s full of flaws, but Russ did describe the defamatory statement. It’s insufficient, yes, but I feel like the documentary should have instead focused on that then.

I want to thank you Russ, for writing all of your legal documents like they're blog posts from a 13 year old girl on LiveJournal.
I'm sure it's infuriating for lawyers and judges who went to law school and passed the bar exam, but it's absolutely hysterical for me. He's obviously read the briefs the opposition files in response to him, but not once has he thought "gee, they're way more professional, maybe I should do it like that." Nope, it's still 2006 high school girl on LiveJournal airing all her beefs. It's great.

I really wanna know why he was forced to take out a payday loan, and then couldn't pay it back. I agree with whoever said his parents probably paid it off. I'd really like to get a look at his credit report, but of course, that would be illegal, so I'm not going to do it. I bet his credit is in the dumpster given he got a payday loan. People with good credit can get loans from banks. I'm fascinated to think what drove him to get one. I agree with the people who think he got one for an emergency hooker session with Max to "discuss" the PAC.

Re:The documentary

Something just occurred to me. I don’t think the author of the documentary mentioned or showed the fact that Russ has had three restraining orders against him (I believe he has mentioned one). I think if the author does part two, that’s something that has to be included
Its a good thing that Russell's story is still going strong. A part 2 will be needed in 2 years at this rate

She will regret replying to him soon.
