The three things are, as you identified, the Renaissance and both of Hayek's boobs (Bobby probably derived this from the old joke 'There's a couple of things I like about this chick'). The "scale" refers to his weighting the good vs the bad of Christianity: God-given boobs are no substitute for the stink ditches that Christianity prevented from being made.
