So where is his Ukrainian wife and kids? They separated like 3 or 4 years ago, according to court documents posted a little while back in this thread. Even before Covid he was seeing his kids like once a week or something. During Covid that dropped further, and since the war proper started I doubt he's had any contact. At the start he said that he had sent his wife and kids away for their safety but now we know that's a cope.

The way he presented what he was doing in his videos was more or less "You fucked up your first chance, it's now or never to leave otherwise you're fucked" so this time it's srsbsns because he couldn't take a hint the first time which is why he only spent two months in Sizo instead of years.

The problem is CRP wants notoriety and what better way to accomplish that than as a martyr of some sort? Coach fears death, however, so if this is his last known video appearance then he went out on his terms and with a bit of showmanship to boot... not that there's anything particularly admirable about how he went about doing it. Many speculate this is some kind of tall tale or a precursor to a book he intends to write, and while these are all certainly possibilities given Coach's track record, who can safely say?

According to this when making bail he had to give up his passport, agree to remain in Kharkhiv, and I assume electronic means of control refers to an ankle bracelet?
