Lolcow LLC is the legal entity which acts as a container for the Kiwi Farms. It owns the brand and holds license to all posts.

It was originally started in Florida under my name and registered to my mom's house. It was reorganized in Wyoming with a registered agent.

In 2022, after we briefly used a .RU TLD, at the peak of #DropKiwiFarms, the registered agent resigned citing an Executive Order prohibiting registered agents from incorporating Russian entities. I do not believe using a .RU domain for less than 48 hours meant that the Kiwi Farms (a website owned, operated out of, and incorporated in the United States by an American) was a Russian entity.

Regardless, I have failed to find a registered agent in the almost-full-year since.

Considerations
- Taxes suck. Wyoming and South Dakota are the only states without any form of corporate tax, which would be very nice to have.
However, at this point, I am willing to pay state tax if it means keeping the entity up.

- Every LLC needs a registered agent. A registered agent is a natural (flesh and blood) person and resident who lives in the state. They receive servicing on behalf of the company, as a fictitious entity cannot be served paperwork. Each state has different laws regarding a registered agent, but to be the Registered Agent of the Kiwi Farms you must be willing to deal with: being swatted, being doxed, having your entire extended family doxed and swatted, having your personal reputation defamed online, and basically all forms of tranny terrorism that are currently being applied to every rung of the Kiwi Farms. This is a tall ask.

- Every LLC needs a business address. This can be a home that an RA lives at, for instance, or it can be an office.
Renting an office is basically out of the question because of the intimidation tactics. Buying a property is out of my financial reach. If someone wants to donate a whole ass building to me, let me know, but I can't afford on one my own.

Some states like West Virginia allow you to use a P.O. Box, but they still require a business address somewhere - it doesn't even say in the US, so theoretically I could list someone as RA, make a P.O. box the delivery address, and list a random virtual office in South Sudan as my place of business. I don't really know, and before you offer a random state, you should look it up.

- The laws of the state will matter for the container.
The Kiwi Farms hosts a lot of unsavory stuff and copyrighted content, always used fairly and for critical purposes which laws have carve outs for. However, I don't really want to fight the state's laws, so not every state is suitable for the LLC.

I've picked a state and have a plan. I'm awaiting something before I can announce our mailing address.

Could you afford rent on a virtual office that has a receptionist in Missouri? An LLC can be a registered agent for another llc here. I would need to double check, but I believe there is nothing to stop you from organizing two LLCs and having them be echothers registered agents, so long as somebody exists to accept the papers on behalf of the company it would be technically above board to register them in the same virtual office, effectively rendering the receptionist the unwitting registered agent.

This may also work in ND, depends on if the registered agent has to be a natural person

This is smart and worth considering. MO is very lenient on business registrations, the Secretary of State seems to make it their business to not enforce any regulations, and as far as I can tell there's nothing prohibiting this - check out Chapter 351 RSMo if someone has time to dig through the law.

I emailed you before and I'm still willingly to be a registered agent for you.

My CV includes: being a stupid motherfucker, owns a concealed license, works with right winged men, and I don't have a "social media" profile. I'm still very serious about this, i have nothing to lose.

I have to believe the larger players might not care too much about a controversial client.
I have talked with a very serious overseas business expert who is in the field of structuring assets to minimize taxation and he refused to even talk to me about incorporating in the US. Every RA, every agent I've spoken to does not return my emails. Even if I ask them just to reply in the negative to confirm they cannot help, they do not even respond.

average CHAD kiwifarmer

West Virginia may be a seriously good bet. You say property for the LLC is out of your budget range, but there is corporate zoned shit in towns like Welch that go for damn near nothing. You can buy entire office building in that town for 100k, and the average cost per square foot to lease a commercial space is...$0.00. The building owners just want SOMEONE in there to keep the meth addicts out.

People are also hard up for work, so you might be able to find a local dude willing to do the job for some pocket change.

You know who might be willing to do it? The Phelps family in Topeka (a.k.a. the "GOD HATES FAGS" people). Several of them are lawyers and they would be impervious to angry transsexuals.
1) Ethnic Jews
2) Fake Christians
3) Did evil shit under the guise of freeze peach as an excuse to file lolsuits for an easy payoff

I know you're joking but it's worth mentioning.
