A brief glance indicates that it's about a fat woman who catches her boyfriend cheating on her with a slim woman that looks like her and how she's a fierce independent black woman that don't need no man. Also that Peppermint creature from the Jazz Jennings thread is in it, because every Netflix show needs an obligatory man in a dress.

A small update on TammyLemon who is still MIA. Tammy uploaded a video of her cat on instagram about two weeks ago, so she is alive and at home. A week ago she also advertised her sister's instagram (I won't plaster her face here), whose latest post talks about her own bad mental health. I wonder if they had a death or tragedy in the family and that's why Tammy has taken some time away from the internet. Whatever the reason, she is wise enough to stay offline while going through something so good for her.

I would personally like to thank the Fat Acceptance Movement for the amount of sweater and shirt dresses I've been able to make cheap by just buying the regular sweaters in the 3-4x.

The comments on the trailer are nothing but glowing. Then you look at the thumbs down and see it's 22K down to 8.8K up.
In other words Netflix is censoring anything that doesn't praise this show.
I'm getting Ghostbusters 2016 vibes from this.

It always gives me whiplash when they're talking about being fat and suddenly whips out that accepting (insert random thing that has nothing to do with the topic) will fight the patriarchy.
As far back as the Greeks most of the negative commentary on being over weight was attributed to the laziness and sedintary lifestyles of... the wealthy patriarchy.. Fatties are upholding the gluttonous over consumption of the patriarchy rather than sharing their 3 extra servings of chicken tendies with the underprivileged non-man birthers of color.
