The sheer pants-shitting rage coming from the press and the politicians finding out there were Mexicans in their neighborhood who weren't there to clean their pools would've made you think Trump had just shit in every one of their private jets. NIMBY doesn't come from any sense of rationality, it comes from the fear of a suburbanite knowing they'll be close enough to the things they support to smell them.
Let's be real here, George Floyd and the Coof did more to campaign for Joe Biden than Joe Biden did. That and all the ballots that got counted at four in the morning.
