It was called Project Mayhem and they were going to fill the locks of the world with toothpicks so that all would know who they were messing with. The troon has been under contract with UKR as a foreign member of their military for almost a year now. They even sent him on a media tour representing UKR in DC to lobby Congress wearing the full Zelensky camo fatigues costume.

With that out of the way, using him to lobby Congress is smart, because unfortunately that seems to be the only thing they care about these days. Ultimately, it's just lip service, whether the troon himself realizes it or not. Ukrainians aren't stupid to spit in the face of people who tries to help them, so there's that too.
