Calling the regular police number to report a potentially dangerous situation is not SWATTING (at least in canada). Likely all that happened is the police went and did a welfare check. This is Canada and since Cornwall doesnt even have its own police force, it would be the Ontario Provincial Police who do this. If it was an actual swatting, us Canadians especially in Ontario would have heard about it on the news.
