Meatball is going to debate Californian Psycho on Fox News, with Glowie Hannity as the moderator.

This is going to be pathetic because Meatball took months to finally accept this debate only because Trump won't do the GOP debate, he's slipping closer to the single digits in polling, and he needs to pretend he's tough. But this is going to backfire because while Meatball has some successes in FL, he sucks at debating, and Newsom has proven horrible CA track record but knows how to sell snake oil on TV. And then you have that phony Hannity who will try and act tough but will make Newsom more likable. Unless there's some real debate coaching this will be how Meatball falls, not to the Orange Man, but to a shitty governor. And that will probably make Casey divorce him within a year (and then she goes to live with Justin Trudeau).

All this is being done to let Newsom show he can be President, and he will do so by walking over the Ozempic idiot and completely ruin any of his chances in the future. Vivek vs. Newsom would be better because Vivek could at least hammer the "I was more liberal until people like you made things even worse" and he's much better talking on his feet.

If 130 million Americans is a big enough sample size, it looks like more than half not only thought they were ready for a black president, but they went ahead and elected one in a blowout.
If America was ready for a Black president, why did it take decades? Even so, as you mentioned with the birther conspiracy, the majority was not keen with him running. Suddenly, everybody cared about his country of origin. The DNC was passive with the racism surrounding the 08 election, until Obama proved himself as charismatic enough for the position. Also, the GOP did not help their chances with eight years of Bush.

What black candidate should have won previously? Jesse Jackson?

Most people did not want Obama running because he was a political no one. Other people did not want him running because they knew what community organizer meant and that he was an Alinskyite. Of course so is Hillary so lol whatever.

Obama may not have won or at least the margins would have been far slimmer if McCain was a stronger candidate and the media had not locked onto Palin and spent every waking minute calling her a moron and basically shitting on her face.

The final vote, due to McCain's age and general shittiness, came down to Obama vs Palin.

Still funny that the Clinton campaign tried to torpedo him with the birther shit and instead of it being pinned on her the left used it as ammo against the right and she was rewarded with an appointment she utterly fucked.

The Democrats called into question McCain's age and portayed Palin as an idiot only to later run a geriatric with a female running mate who is actually an idiot?

Yeah, I'm pressing X to doubt for that. They were friendly rivals, sure. Even so, I believe that's just politics. You'd have to provide me a citation.
