Update on the one who dropped a sub:
Wait this is the guy who fakes his epileptic seizures on discord for attention during Nick's stream multiple times. At least once before rittenhouse when it was just yt and discord for nick and then once again on locals (he chimped for attention so much someone spammed the flashing gifs so hard Nick had to deal with it himself iirc).

So he unsubbed because he's too poor for the sub but since he didn't clarify it the 1st time, Nick took it as someone unsubbing because of their distaste for his bring-on-the-pedos show? LOL. So Nick is insecure about his own show programming huh?

He is genuinely epileptic, but he plays it up for attention. He had to be doxxed in VC one night in a DISCORD to get an ambulance to him. He did fake a seizure in LOCALS during the GIF Wars and add more SPAM (captured in one of my logs).

I am not convinced that he was the one Nick noticed. I would lean toward someone (or no one) sending Nick a message or leaving a comment that they were un-subbing.

The potential lies from both sides are still funny. That is what cows and LOCALS fail to understand: you are entertaining whether you lie or not about your escapades. You do funny things because you are a cow; you are not a cow becuase of what you do.

Just wondered what Uncivil Law's channel was like. Clicked on his latest video (cooking livestream?) and came onto this clip.
22 seconds of silence, and then this follows:

I knew Nick was gonna have to play nice with Vito because of Masterson, but I didn't expect him to go ultra-retard and profess that Vito is the greatest comedian of all time.

Nick is like gone gone now.

So I remember years ago on his youtube channel he talked about the term MAP. He said in a very articulate manor that kids depend on you, they look to adults for protect, and bunch of other stuff that can be summed up that children are fundamentally incapable of having relationship with adults.
The cope moving forward will be that Vito is just joking. Just like Masterson claims.

Problem is, Vito doesn't appear to be, and jokes are supposed to be funny.

He has a bunch of weird videos of him cooking since he's been "dieting". He doesn't look like he's lost a pound but the dude has no personality. I have no idea why anyone watches him let alone gives him money.

He doesn't even practice law, a fact he gets really assmad about

I never understood how people with such poor finances find it ok to donate to online streamers.

Has he considered not being so fat, disgusting, and drunk all the time? I hear women like that.

So Kurt has never practiced as a lawyer? Nick has never gone to trial, Mindset is just a consultant, Lawgic doesn't practice anymore (he's a collections lawyer or something?), Nate quit being a prosecutor, Same with Emily, Branca just consults too...I think Vices might be just a consultant too since I think he mentioned that non citizens cant be a licensed lawyer in Korea...and to my recollection Bytes fucked off to europe to follow her military husband...

Damn, are the ones in 'lawtube' that are practicing just Gosney and Potentially Criminal? During the vic saga Nick used to make fun of twitter lawyers for just graduating law school and then chirp about law as a 'scholar' but having never practiced but the youtube side isn't looking any better.

When you unsub on Locals it gives you a free-text window where you can voice the reason for you canceling your subscription. I'm guessing this is where the person put their reasoning being the Locals stream. Which just tells me that Nick is actually reading all of these instead of ignoring them and continuing about his day.

"If you don't like it, leave, just fuck off."
*seethe-reads the posts of people leaving*

He really is putting out that female "I hate you, please don't leave me" BPD energy.

He must be on the Jack Scalfani diet.
Has he considered not being so fat, disgusting, and drunk all the time? I hear women like that.
He needs to fix his horrible personality and incel rage first.

Iirc he passed the bar in Texas last year or late the year before (he already had passed in another state but Texas is weird) and then decided he wanted to be a streamer so he moved in with his dad until his streaming career took off so he’s literally an incel that lives in his parents basement. He also had a brief, mostly if not fully online, relationship with a girl he made a mod for his channel

It is an escape from a bad living situation, oftimes. That parasocial vicarious living effect is real. It is the same reason people watch unboxing videos; they get a second-hand rush of excitement without having to hand out the dosh to buy the mystery grab bags or other merchandise. The streamer plays up the excitement and it increases their secondhand enjoyment for a bit.

Kurt doesn't seem like the type to argue in front of a jury. He seems to be more the type to actually research and draft legal opinions. This is a very valuable position and I do not doubt his intelligence and competence in his field..

Mindset might actually be 'practising' by giving 'advice' to his company on how to interact with the US system. It is not allowable (as I understand it) for American lawyers to practise outside the United States, so they get hired as 'consultants'. He might actually know his niche.

Ditto for Jeff.

Bytes does minor corporate law and is low-level. Eh seems to have gone back to that.

Lawgic wants to be a streamer and wants to cluse up shop. No idea how effective he was.

Nate seems to have had a good career, but stbled into streaming and enjoys it betters.

EDB and Branca seem to have reached a point where they can pretty much retire, but want to keep doing something.

This makes it extra funny that he constantly brags about "being admitted to the SCOTUS bar". Something that, if I'm understanding correctly, ranks up there with being a "Superlawyer" as something far more a purchased symbol than an actual achievement.

Back when I used to watch him I remember him bringing it up constantly as if it was some big deal and after research I realized it was just a symbol of insecurity on his part. Of which he has many. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong though, and I will give him his props if it is actually something that could be considered an accomplishment. To me it just seems like a MENSA membership minus having to even pass a test.

EDIT: To clarify, this is purely shitting on his personality and insecurities. I actually think, from what I've seen, that he is probably quite skilled and knowledgeable about the law. Especially compared to his fellow LawTubers. I'd probably quite enjoy watching his show if I could get past his personality.

That's not going to impress a girl in her late 20's/early 30's though. In order to find the kind of woman he wants to breed with, he needs to be either:

a.) Smoking hot
b.) Stinking rich
c.) Charismatic and/or funny.

He's none of those things.

I'm sure he might be able to find a woman who was in his league, but it seems that he feels obliged to reject them for being either too old, already having had another man's kids or just not being hot enough.

I think if I was unhappy about the prospect that I might end up spending the rest of my life alone and miserable, I'd probably make some compromises when it came to my ideal partner's list of preferred characteristics. (This isn't a criticism -- he seems to think people disapprove of him for having certain preferences. I don't think it's so much that they disapprove as they're concerned that he'll never meet anyone at all unless he does compromise.)

Kurt doesn't appear to be able to do that though. I think he's gonna find slim pickings on the social media dating apps. That video would have been heartbreaking if his sense of entitlement wasn't quite so repellant.

There is literally nothing wrong with being a patent examiner.
Yeah, $126,000 a year as a GS-13 (roughly equivalent to an Army Major or LT Colonel) doesn't seem like a bad gig, TBH. The bennies are probably good too.

Kurt might be the most secure money wise, out of all of them, should he decide to give up the law streaming thing.

Of course, that won't stop criticism of his personality (or lack thereof), but still... it's something.

I just can't help but point out Kurt has had an upward mobile day job for a while now, and so many other people surrounding Nick (and including Nick) seem to be leaning in hard on the whole streaming grift.

Iirc he passed the bar in Texas last year or late the year before
He was admitted to the Texas bar on the 15th of December, last year. He's also barred in Virginia.

Kurt doesn't seem like the type to argue in front of a jury. He seems to be more the type to actually research and draft legal opinions. This is a very valuable position and I do not doubt his intelligence and competence in his field..
It may be worth noting that, according to the American Bar Association, only about 0.52% of the lawyers licensed to practice in the U.S. are actual "trial attorneys." Indeed, the vast majority of them do administrative bullshit like Kurt. He's hardly unusual in that respect.

EDIT: Typo.

He can't help it if that's his only personality!
Mindset is having a birthday stream and Gosney AND Ty Beard hops in? They never appear on Nick's stream anymore though. 🤔
Gosney was on there recently when I hovered one of the thumbnails during a stream to see who was the panel. Remember, he's the one who signed (not literally) a Hell's Contract with the Creator to be loyal for eternity or some such shit.

Even if he's realized some of what we've realized about the One he's pledged such strong loyalties to, it's probably easier to just overlook any misgivings at this stage.

I would characterize patent examiner as practicing law. It's not like he got stuck in doc review hell or something.
