I maintain that no more than one week in jail, plus a very long, very public community service sentence, is the ideal punishment for Patrick in terms of what it does to him but also how it affects Patposting. Pat in jail for 2 years sounds funny but after a while the thread would just die until he got out.
I suspect he is hoping that spamming him being the target of gamergate 2 to every media outlet dumb or bored enough to let him speak will wind up "forcing" the courts to drop this shit for fear of a backlash.....yeah I know this sounds utterly fucking retarded but then look at who we are talking about here

I've been thinking about it and 48 hours is the perfect amount of time for fatty to enjoy prison. The fact that he was in jail is more important than how long he's actually in there, and 48 hours is long enough to really piss Pat off and deny him the Twitter dopamine he so desperately craves, while also not being so long that the thread gets boring.
Patrick would escalate a minimum security sentence by turning the biggest, blackest guy into pepperoni thinking he's living a prison drama where he has to establish dominance, before being put in big boy jail and given a reality check.
