Troon v. Zenimax update! (and some of the documents)
Back in May (well before they posted that four hour YouTube video), troon complained (1.pdf) that their insurance for their life saving gender affirming care was improperly cancelled after they had agreed (in Jan 2022) to leave Zenimax in exchange for 18 months of insurance. Last week of July, Zenimax responded (25-1.pdf) that this was an error they had not made and were not told about until they got sued and they have since had taken care of and moved to dismiss the suit. On Friday, the troon (or maybe someone else, the lawyer isn't sure, see 31.pdf) amended the complaint (31-1.pdf) to now sue Zenimax for intentional discrimination against their gender identity with Zenimax being tricksters who got him to agree just so they could cancel it on him in secret so Zenimax's motion to dismiss cannot just get rid of the case.

I looked it up, and apparently breast feeding as birth control is really only effective for six months after birth, or less.
