The Exit Sign. Compared to everything else in that image, it looks sexy as hell.
How dare you. I realize that Brianna Wu is a hideous banshee, but how can you not find Greth'l'kor the Goblin King attractive?

I think the thing that irritates people is that BriBri loves to speak as though her opinion is some kind of technical insight or game dev law, when it's really just an opinion.
Most people can handle just saying "I don't like X because Y and Z", but she'll always phrase it as "X was not a good game at all. From a technical standpoint, the use of Z is ridiculous, and Y is just extra garbage thrown at the player for no real benefit. Not good design in the least."
She talks like this, as many do, because she's insecure and wants to sound intelligent and insightful, but I think it winds up being one of the biggest things people hate about her. It's a really pretentious and self-important way to speak, and I've long wondered if people might not be better disposed towards her (or at least, harbor less open hatred for her) if she didn't do this shit.
For example, I didn't really enjoy Undertale. I thought it felt like something that was designed from the ground up to be a cult hit, and it was trying way too hard to be a sooper deep and amazing game with omglolzrandom humor. It wasn't a bad game though. Undertale was an amazing game, with a lot of time and care put into it. I just didn't fucking like it, and that's fine.
It's odd, but I really do think if she learned to phrase an opinion without trying to come off like an expert people would hate her less. After all she's done, it's still easily the most irritating aspect of the Wu persona.

Except Neville Longbottom who was weak willed until the last book where he got tortured by his teachers/Slytherin but endured and metamorphosed into Harry Potter Lite. Which I thought was shitty writing because all the character development happened off screen, but it's still absolutely a thing that happened.
Fat people are no longer dumb, selfish and evil? Since when?
Brianna Wu was "journalist" and "walked the crime beat".She can write English just as well as she can code R60.
I've played enough Corruption of Champions that I can say that it is likely I would play the hell out of that game.View attachment 122756
No, I don't know what it means. But tell me you wouldn't play the HELL out of this game!
No, you retard, it has a subtext that lazy, selfish, evil people frequently get fat. Mostly for the lazy part, but also because of the selfish aspect - the less you care about what people think the less you worry about your appearance.
I guess that time you called some poor woman a "fat dyke" is a dated aspect for your life then, Wu? I mean, you had a penis back then.
Or hell, if she wants to go for the "stereotypical fat", there's Molly Weasley.I guess that time you called some poor woman a "fat dyke" is a dated aspect for your life then, Wu? I mean, you had a penis back then.
Also, Hagrid is possibly the kindest, most unambiguously good person in the entire series and he's not exactly a slender man. If you're going to lie about reading the series, please try harder.
Welp...I stand corrected, John has gone in the opposite direction and is currently sperging out about how boring No Man's Sky is. Contrary to what most of the initial reports are saying.
What a difference seven hours can make! Never mind that it's almost an entire work day that could have been spent, you know, working but I guess it's more important for Wu to have an opinion on the newest game than pretending to be the head of a company.Welp...

Wu just can't make that tiny mind up.

There's also the fact that what John says is always completely wrong, and his argument from authority is always, invariably, from some credential that he doesn't even have, like having a degree, or being a woman, or some other shit that just isn't true.
It raises what would be merely annoying, from someone who actually had credentials but was momentarily suffering a brain-fart, to outright infuriating.
