We've seen it plugged in but not necessarily used. he's still recording and streaming with his laptop (the buzzing is from the laptop's dying fan) and his stream last night was him playing Overwatch 2 on Xbox and not the PC. I've heard multiple theories such as the PC needs a display port and he has no screen that can use it as well as he's so lazy that because he has one tv in his room he wont unplug the PC and xbox for the other.

His xbox is on 24/7 and unlike the PC we can see exactly what he's doing on it (I took this screenshot just then as an example)

While yes he can play Fortnite on xbox with a mouse and keyboard the same as PC and a series S could likely play the game just as well if not better than his pc the pc can run emulators, has free online and he could pirate as many games as he wanted too.

My guess is he doesn't use it as much as his laptop or xbox. I doubt he has steam or anything on his PC to play games, and I don't think he has a monitor for the PC. I suppose he could probably use his TV, but like @Wild Pack Of Jerkop's said, he's probably too lazy to switch out the cables between his xbox and PC to use the TV.

That was from when Cyrax was on the Aj stream when Fed Smokers Fiends showed up. Yes its plugged in but he's using his laptop to talk to them, that's also what he spun around to show off the PC, also just from last night while he was streaming in the dark again there's 0 red light illuminating his right side or the rest of the room. to his left is where he keeps his xbox and his tv.

At one point he was playing Warframe, and claimed he was going to the Warframe convention. It's a free-to-play game, and one of his buddies was playing it last year, but I think he's stopped. It's a generous free to play system, but it's too hard for his FAS-shrunken brain.

You have the right to represent yourself in court if you choose to, whether you have a law degree or not, however it's strongly advised to get outside council. Even people who are lawyers will hire another lawyer to represent them because it's just a really bad idea to represent yourself.

Sometimes people representing themselves has worked out for the best, but those examples are few and far between. But if you're not a licensed attorney and you try to represent someone else in court, your ass is going to jail, no two ways about it.

A few years ago there was a guy named Rick Martin, a wannabe sov cit guru, up in Michigan who told people he had sent numerous judges and cops to prison because he was that knowledgeable about the law. He showed off "lawsuits" he filed and bragged about buying cars and houses with the money he won by suing police departments who dared stop him for not having a drivers license registration or insurance. He called himself "the judge slayer" and said judges got off the bench and literally ran away if they saw him walk into their court room because he was about to order the bailiff to take the judge into custody and they'd have no choice but to obey.

Anyway, he had wormed his way into the life of a crazy woman who refused to shut down her restaurant during the early days of covid and convinced her that he was the answer to all of her prayers. He walked into court with her and that's when the fun begant. He tried to feign ignorance saying he never actually said he was a lawyer and was just there as "assistance of council". The judge wasn't having any of it and instantly found him in contempt and sent him to jail for 90 days.

You see it a lot in the sovereign citizen movement, lots of assholes pedal pseudo legal bullshit to their followers for money who then walk into court with a script to follow. It never works, it never has worked, it never will work.

If you try representing someone else without a law degree and current license to practice law, the judge is going to snatch your asshole out and use it as a peephole. That shit is illegal as fuck.

I have no idea if it's true but it's pretty common for a change in representation to result in rescheduling things so the new lawyer can get up to speed, and for something that is on its face a pretty simple case, the actual circumstances of it are ridiculously fucked up.

So it's certainly consistent with what would get dates moved back, but I have no idea if that's actually true.

If he's actually hired a lawyer thinking he's getting better than the plea deal he was probably looking at, he's retarded, but we already know that, don't we?

Very true, lots of people do represent themselves for something as minor like a speeding ticket. But these are assault charges and you're possibly looking at jail time, not just a $200 fine for going 60 in a 45.

Cases get continued all the time for any number of possible reasons, If Chance has actually gotten a new lawyer, a real lawyer and not some jackoff from the internet, that would be a legit reason to ask for things to be delayed so they have time to look things over and get their case together.

I'm more interested in finding out how they've managed to pay for said lawyer though, either someone in the family gave them a grand or two or Sally is walking around shy of one kidney.
