Phase Milf
Nice, I'll probably watch them on Sunday but only if their delivery doesn't collide with Amiya's possible "geurilla" stream.I can see where you are coming from but let's see if the theory can hold up when Fuwamoco do one of their morning shows (next is tomorrow 5 pm CEST) or their Sakura Wars stream this sunday (10 pm CEST). I don't think the better streaming times will change much.
Speaking of the twins: I can't sit through a whole steam (too much uwu) but I enjoy them in small doses (like clips)

Selen provided clarification last night at the end of her stream. In essence, Selen contacted various talents (EN/ID/KR/JP) to find dates and times that work for them for her grand Fall Guys event. Upon agreement with those looking to play in the tournament, she announced ahead of time when the event would take place. However JP management overruled this and stated that the dates must be approved by them, atop of other misc. corporate bullshit that is to be expected. Selen seemingly does not wish to deal with the paperwork and headaches found with Japanese autism, will now focus on EN exclusive events going forward as the methods of requests/approval aren't as negative.selen no longer can host international njsj tourneys. her wording seems odd.
The absolute state of Niji management. Wasn't there still one Niji EN graduation pending according to the /vt/ leaker?Selen provided clarification last night at the end of her stream. In turn, the Apex event stream she did was handled completely via EA. That's right. EA contacted her directly and does not wish to engage with Niji EN management. So expect Selen to become an indirect EA spokes person with or without Niji in the near future.
Shu and/or Selen are expected to be next, based upon recent actions and general speculation in September. Fulgur had also considered departing when his recent health issues came up handicapping him for close to a month. When you factor in the names departing and what has replaced them, the state of EN is dire. The absolute state of Niji management. I still feel baffled by how they have somehow managed to fuck up every single imaginable thing they could this year; they couldn't even seem to get the Roa/Narukami trial done, and Japan seems pretty heavily biased in those situations. The machine translations of the stockholder meeting seemed pretty disastrous too, with the most empty, safe, and completely meaningless replies imaginable. Makes me wish I could actually find a Vtuber from elsewhere to like, because Niji feels FUBAR at this point.Shu and/or Selen are expected to be next, based upon recent actions and general speculation in September. How far in advance are the contracts for these waves signed in advance? 3 or 4 months? Idk how they're still getting people signing on with them with how demonstrably shit they've been this year and how they're barely a buff to numbers compared to being solo with how many talents they've shit out diluting the waters. They don't even seem to be providing managerial support since the talents seem to be the ones who have to arrange for anything besides jumping through retarded Japanese bureaucracy.I still feel baffled by how they have somehow managed to fuck up every single imaginable thing they could this year; they couldn't even seem to get the Roa/Narukami trial done, and Japan seems pretty heavily biased in those situations. You know what they say. A sucker is born every minute. Niji benefits from being one of the biggest games in town, which gives them leverage a no name company pulling this crap would have otherwise. It will take a while and many more disasters before their pool of potential talent dries up.Idk how they're still getting people signing on with them with how demonstrably shit they've been this year and how they're barely a buff to numbers compared to being solo with how many talents they've shit out diluting the waters.
A year ago, I couldn't foresee this happening at all. Sure the hires for ILUNA sucked and XSOLIA showed some signs of things returning on track, but the foundation was still together and things looked rather healthy going forward with the general success of WrestleSanji and concert announcement. Whilst many assumed it was a passing bit of drama, the ripple and damage caused by the "Secret GC" chat can be felt still. It basically was the domino that has caused a chain reaction of complete utter shit for EN. I give it less than a year until it's merge into JP.I still feel baffled by how they have somehow managed to fuck up every single imaginable thing they could this year; they couldn't even seem to get the Roa/Narukami trial done, and Japan seems pretty heavily biased in those situations. It's a little complex, I apologise for the word salad. The formerly dubbed "GAMERS" ended up becoming the poorly put together "Krisis" and those auditions happened way before any of this drama started last year. What we do know about this recent wave is that it was intended to be eight to six members large and we only got three, with one outright quitting (his outfit being leaked) whereas the others fired for internal leaks via Discord. However we do not have confirmation if these intended hires are the ones leaking to 4chan related to graduations or someone jaded within the branch still. In order to save face, "Krisis" was aligned with the recent Japanese VTA waves to imply they are a larger united unit than a dud scrambled together with two frogs and a Black. How far in advance are the contracts for these waves signed in advance? 3 or 4 months? That isn't a Japan thing. Pippa has said that Phase Connects talent are all independent contractors, not employees, in one of her past streams.Basically everyone is treated like freelancers, likely to avoid some sort of tax nonsense in Japan.
legally anything international is a clusterfuck, phase etc. would need to limit their pool to the same country, which obviously wouldn't be a good idea. That isn't a Japan thing. Pippa has said that Phase Connects talent are all independent contractors, not employees, in one of her past streams.
