Not a hoax. Not a troll. Just a snit with adolescent reactions.
As embarassing as it is to consider how adolescent their reactions were, the "snit" actually reads much better than an attempt to troll or hoax. People do dumb shit sometimes when they are hyper emotional.
I think it's hard to analyze or react to the bullshit in gorlworld without suffering a bit of regressed development. Yaba and Sam seem to have far more life offline than most but they still have to listen to all of this shit during their down time, listen to their friends' reactions to this shit, and before long you've regressed a bit. The gorlworld is analogous to the Nietzsche "looking into the abyss" quote. Watch gorlworld too long and you too become a cow. Watch unstable people long enough and your own ground can become shaky.
Just take each other to a nice dinner out and institute a "pull the router" rule that is enacted during any intense argument. Let's get back to Kya, the Bodega and the Attic as soon as possible.
