According to Dan on NPS last night, Pat & Nigki contacted Javier and asked him to do a series on the. They also told Javier not to seek comment from the pests/funsters/stalkers and that didn't sit right with Javier because he's a journalist and wants to get both sides of the story .
Speaking of Javier, Rick is really putting his foot on his mouth here

I don't. I want them, but have been burned by lolsuits before. If Pat's there, I expect some oinkery before being shut down. But now the possibility has been raised that possibly only Nikki will be there, we wouldn't even get that.
His brother, as far as we know, seems pretty ordinary. But then maybe Pat was babied because he was clearly 'special'.

They claim that either the birth certificate is the entity that is named, the “legal fiction” nonsense, or that the name in court documents refers to a “straw man”, a similarly nonexistent concept created by “legalese”.
Fatrick’s claims of illegitimacy sound dangerously close to this and I am sure judges are now commonly aware of this horseshit.
British police I know are now trained to just arrest and not engage with “freemen on the land” the instant they start up their bobbins.
So I would hazard a guess that the judge will just shut him down and say words to the effect of “Pay Quasi, you fat embarrassment.”
Dunno, I think it’s more likely his brother is pretty ordinary in spite of the family.

I take back everything I said about Javier, the OandA guys said Pat would turn on him and he fucking did it. Beautiful. He also got him on tape saying multiple things that would go over quite badly at the contempt hearing, I hope Quasi's a patreon.
I hope he keeps digging - his last series (which I listened to when this came out and liked) was a similar story about a couple that ended up stalking themselves. I think he could have another season of content here.
