For an idea of how "jank" Call of Duty 3 can be:


From CoD2 to CoD3, CoD3 is an ambitious title given its nine year development cycle. Character development, class specific abilities, vehicles, ranking system, bigger maps, engine overhaul. They look like two different games.

They talk about Terminal and Highrise being some of them at launch, so how much you want to bet they just port over the Warzone versions of these that were there on launch for Warzone 2.0?

Edit: I've been gone since S3 reloaded launched, so I went to the MWII subreddit and this was the first thing I saw. I'm so glad I dropped this shit.

I remember the Rainbow Six Vegas lobbies being full of shit like this but even more acidic to the eyes because that game had custom camo.
 
Ignoring the fact that activision is openly catering to pedophiles with the Nick Mercs situation, COD campaigns have been complete shit for awhile. MW2’s campaign was painful and MW19’s campaign was just ok. And if I really wanted MW3 multiplayer, I’d just play MW2. There’s absolutely no reason for me to buy MW3.

So MWIV is going to be a remake of the MW3 campaign?

Imagine rebooting your fucking franchise and not having any fucking plan on what to do. That's really what all this feels like.
 
MW2 isn't even a year old, and I'm having trouble finding fully populated lobbies, and my playlist is just TDM, KC, HP, and Dom. Frequently in 5 vs 6 or even 4 v 5 matches.
 
MW3 oddly will have remakes of all 16 base MW2 2009 maps. The things I'm kind of curious about are Outbreak Zombies (which will combine aspects of the mode from Cold War with aspects of Warzone's DMZ) and the War mode (basically going to be like the War mode from CoD WWII). I might honestly get MW3 on sale after having skipped Vanguard and MW2 but that's assuming the system requirements aren't increased.

They're remaking all launch MW2 maps for MWIII. I would think it'd be the other way around. This further proves that they WERE planning the MWIII product as DLC.

They don't publish player counts. I just notice lobbies are often not full, which is really odd for the latest COD game.
 
These games are so freaking boring, dude, but as a concept I kind of like them. I wish more nations would adopt this formula and make their own CoD copies. I think some people in Vietnam made such a game, actually. It's very weird, its title is some freaking number - 7554
