Fallout 4 mod commissioned by American Krogan - Grounded Commonwealth.

I didn't see any mention of this and thought it deserved a shoutout. American Krogan (https://t.me/s/AmericanKrogan), a guy who often rails against woke historical revisionism and was banned on YouTube during Susan's reign, commissioned a Fallout 4 mod that changes the NPCs to be more representative of who a person would actually interact with in the game given the setting.

While it's currently up on moddb (https://www.moddb.com/mods/grounded-commonwealth), a mod has already threatened to have it removed if it meets their policy against "thinly veiled politically and racially charged content". If it does get the axe, which seems likely, it can also be downloaded via AK's Odysee channel, but I think you have be registered with Odysee to obtain the download link (https://odysee.com/@GroundedCommonwealth:8/GC-Public-Beta:1).

I've not played the mod myself, as I don't own any of the Fallout games (I'm more of a Stalker guy), but it seems worthy of checking out if you are a fan of the series.

Very hit and miss tbh, some of the changes seems so on the nose that feels like a reverse parody of the live-action Disney remakes:

I've never played F4, but if it's not game-breaking or removing huge chunks of the game, I would be interested in playing it with the mod installed in the first place.
Playing without having to internally sigh every time I see interracial groups, weird homosexuals and female warriors is always better.

I need to reinstall my game afresh. Loads of mods messes things up, but it looks interesting. There's a lot of decent mods. It just works, as Sir Todd of Fallout said. Getting rid Cait, say, will discombobulate coomers tho.

I've been using it. It's pretty okay. I really don't like the new voice for Preston though. It's not very well acted. But it's nice to play at least one game without constant tingy mystery meat people.

While i feel some changes are kinda meh or a bit weird, i like to see mods like this push against the Far Left politics you see in most modding scenes today. Not a mod I'd use but it existing is a good thing.

It is absolutely going to get axed though.

This and turning the Assaultrons into Assaultroons do kinda baffle me, i understand removing women from the minutemen to a degree, but changing the Machinist seems like a totally unnecessary change that was more work than just making her white. Changes like that and also the Doctor Li(ee) stuff feel like it was changes done just for the sake of removing non-whites. There would still be immigrants and migrants, plenty given the state of the world even decades before 2077, so turning certain characters White just goes to make the mod more controversial for no real reason. I could also nit pick about how removing the women from the Brotherhood (at least to a major degree) does also seem like a massive case of change for the sake of change.

Now the Assaultron thing is definitely a matter of taste, but i think turning them into men just makes them generic robots, at least them being female made them pretty unique.
