Not Vtuber related but wanted to make a point on AC6 and since perms were granted
Bijou mentioned they got perms for Armored Core 6 and she'll be playing it on release. Seeing as so many people are talking about it and then following up with "I've never played Armored Core" I hope they don't try to turn it into "Souls game but with mechs" for all the Souls dickriders they've picked up since Demon's Souls. It's been over a decade since I've played an AC and Daemon X Machina tried but just wasn't it, don't fuck it up From. Remake the series or make Lost Kingdoms 3 too.
Been following AC6 news (and I have never played any of the AC series, just really like mecha), from what alot of DS series content creators/vets (whose AC experience ranges from never played to having religiously played every AC game except 5 because we don't talk about 5) and former AC players AC6 plays more like an AC game with DS mechanics/controls/flavoring/inspiration. Here's a list of overviews/impressions:
tl;dw/r: general consensus is AC6 is def AC, some controls/mechanics you can see the DS inspiration in them but they are closer to QOL/gameplay improvements, ever present lock-on maybe an issue depending on playstyle/weapon loadout, pvp could become a shitshow due to said lock-on + stagger system

I won't be playing AC6 though because I'm a poorfag and don't have anything that can run AC6 (:_(

new AC is totally foreign to me the last one I played was 3 which was intentionally clunky i enjoyed it but cant really say it was good, most fights that too longer than 1 or 2 shoots devolved into circle strafing which was just holding L1/R1. It seems the series changed at some point to something closer to the Z-target arena fighter that's so popular over in japan so it's a totally new genre now. I'll probably check it out but I haven't been a big fan of FromSoft since DkS1, their new stuff lacks the magic of DeS and DkS1. Sekiro being a glorified qte when we could've had a modern Tenchu was a big disappointment too. I just don't get what they're doing over there but they're making so much money it'll probably never swing back to the stuff I liked.

This guy is making an AI Mister Metokur vtuber:
The voice is pretty good but still cleary synthesized. It has interesting quirks like stopping to clear its throat and even speaking sarcastically. Here it is singing Welcome to the Internet:
I like that the laugh is just ripped from the Spider Island clip.

The Great Sawa Sama finally announced her model debut, it's within the next 7 days.
I don't think she has been discussed all that much over here but if you like Pippa and Kirsche, you'll like her, she is very unafraid to touch upon controversial topics. She is also a voice chameleon, like Erina, so if you don't like her voice wait 5 minutes and she'll change it. She was even hired for some of MOONSHINE's stop motion videos.
She is currently talking about the Grey DeLisle AI voice controversy

Sounds like they put Souls game in my AC game and they should feel bad. They won't because From could release a Souls shaped turd and roll in money, but they should. Both the lock-on and the stagger sound pretty shitty and especially the stagger, I'm very tired of poise systems. Hopefully it's still good, and I doubt it will be horrible despite their changes, but I'd rather From just made the distinct games they made before and not just "here's another game that's like a Souls game!"

Demon's Souls was by far their best fight me and nothing after has really had that same charm, although Bloodborne came close and I liked the setting a lot. The focus on multiplayer and patching related to it like they're Path of Exile constantly fighting playstyles is also annoying. I liked Demon's where they just released it and left everything as it was even if it was stupid compared to like Dark Souls where they patched the Ring of Fog and Tranquil Walk of Peace after much bitching, rendering the latter so useless they might as well have removed it entirely.

Ame played some weird AI game the other day and it was pretty good, especially her interactions with the Saxabar character. Have some ligma:

Vtuber Stream Durations

someone sure did a lot of research 🤨
There is a website that tracks this and other stuff: HoloChatStats. The percentage of JP chats in Fuwamoco's stream is currently 11.7 %, twice as high as Bijou's who is placed 2nd.

Did someone watch Nazuna's 3D debut? Yeah, me neither. It peaked at 4.6k and her model ran at 20fps max. Everything was wrong with that reveal, starting with the short notice.

Speaking of scuff: Nerissa's 2000s karaoke had also extreme technical issues. Kiara and her manager tried to fix it, Kiara even called in live (in the middle of the night for her). Here is an archive I found since I missed it too: Gofiles (since Anonfile closed down, so get it in the next days)

Bettel didn't credit any mixing/instrumentals. So it looks like that the tachibana guy worked on this one too. I'm still waiting for the conclusion if Dez and Vesper really went awol because of this dude leaking stuff. In case that they are not terminated for something completely unrelated.

After the long wait finally official 3D Irys happened and it was really great. Overall neat song list including the signature Namirin Song Renai Circulation, Baka Mitei, Eurobeat song while driving with GuyRyS, Ahoy with Marine and Fact with Towa. Also out of context YabaIRyS aka mermaid impression

Didn't check all of his tweets but Kojima really live-tweeted to Pekora's MGS3 gameplay, unreal
I haven't followed any VTuber news and rrats for a while, what's that about Tachibana and Vesper+Magni?

I've gathered that Tachibana Music (TCBN) has collaborated with talents from Nijisani and Hololive. He may have violated NDA from both companies by leaking stuff for clout such as WIP tracks. Tachi has worked with Mags on some songs, and the legal kerfuffle surrounding this may be a key reason for his extended absence.

Local lefty vtuber cow Futakuchi Mana might have complicated things by blabbing about Cover and Anycolor's joint investigation, causing TCBN to panic and DFE.

Yeah, turns out there's fuckery happening. It's because since she's a corp vtuber for the opera browser, anyone who uses opera automatically loaded up her twitch stream if they had the browser open. In the browser's home page, which is unclosable as long as you have it open. So she doesn't actually have 80k fans, it's just every random faggot using Opera.
So they have 80k people using the browser at all? That's hilarious.
