That would be dumb. Why?
For $10 in Milwaukee county you can buy a copy of the audio of the hearing.
Yea, the court knows your name then. But $10 is cheap and "official".
I'm pretty sure earlier in the thread someone (Dan?) contacted the court about recordings being made and the clerk responded that the hearing will not be recorded (by the court) in any capacity. No video, no audio. They said a transcript could be ordered following the hearing, but that's it.
EDIT: hahahaha at this article one of Piggy’s lawyers wrote (it’s on his profile linked above by Uncle Buck

Having been in the market for an attorney's services in recent months (fuck HOA's ... just sayin'), I wouldn't put too much faith in the content of articles like that, either in sincerity or even provenance. Pretty much every law firm's website seems to have "content farm" shit like that smeared all over them. Essentially any blog-like section you find like that is garbage that's probably not even written (or approved) by anyone at the firm. It's always the most milquetoast "advice" no matter the question, and if you notice, it always has hyperlinks in weird places in the text and they always end with "if you [need help getting your llama back], contact the experts at [this website's law firm] for a consultation!"
Merging double-post:
This is an in-person hearing yes? No Zoom? Maybe I'm a fucking idiot but, if I were in driving distance I'd show up for that hearing, just put my cell on record and drop in a shirt pocket, maybe it would pickup audio maybe it wouldn't. I've been to court a few times civil and criminal, I only saw one guy get tossed by the bailiff he was dumb enough to show up with a sign, a cardboard 2'X3' sign, something about how the bank that was trying to forclose on him was bad or something. It's been a long time since I've been to court for anything but, do the bailiffs actually take the time to individually check phones?
Please don't do that. Not only is it risky (if you're caught, you'll go to jail -- they don't fuck around with that stuff), it's potentially dangerous for
other litigants in the courtroom for other business if their privacy is being guarded for some reason (children, sexual assault victims, restraining orders, witness protection, etc.). You can promise to only include footage from Fatty and his case, but the risk of accidentally exposing someone's identity or disclosing genuinely private information is non-zero. Fatty's a cunt, but most of the other people in that courtroom that day probably aren't.
If the lawyers have any sense they will have demanded thousands upfront. Hell, that’s what happened for me the one time I had to hire a lawyer, even though I got it all back later after the costs order was paid. Also I wasn’t a known retard with a record of stiffing previous lawyers, and had an objectively solid case. Neither of which applies to piggy. I’m sure the pests will have educated the lawyers on those points by now. They aren’t exactly shy about doing those type of public services.
Any attorney that operates "on a contingency basis" is going to give you the worst legal representation imaginable. Even attorneys who give "free consultations" aren't likely to give much of a rat's ass. You get what you pay for.
Case in point:
You sure about that?

I mean...
really sure about that?
Pat has the Midas touch, except, you know... shit instead of gold.
I've been ghosted by an attorney in the past too. He did the job I paid him to do, but when the same issue reared its ugly head again months later, he never returned my calls or responded to emails. And he has a fairly decent reputation, too. The free consult should have been a red flag.
On the plus side, the new firm I found did a fantastic job putting the issue to bed and getting it from the HOA cunts in writing that they were dropping it. Feels good to win one of those.
