It seems like he's trying to be more weaselly with his wording now. He just says "wrong as always" instead of going into specifics like "don't owe Quasi a dime." Perhaps in his eyes this gives him plausible deniability so that when Quasi's lawyers use these tweets in their next filing he can avoid it.

Back on the old twitter, hasn't even been 12 hours, has it? I think a normal person would be trying to figure out how to come up with that 32K, or figuring out how to repay whoever loaned him the money. Wouldn't it be fucking hilarious if he failed to wire the money to the attorney?

The use of "were" and not, say, "are" is an interesting choice to me. It could either mean that he's saying he was intent on not paying, but changed his mind, or that he made up his mind to not pay and still doesn't want to.

At this point nothing would surprise me short of a murder-suicide plot, maybe skipping town? IDK. I mean he's a fucking coward, afraid of actual jail, actual fist fights etc etc. On the other hand... The Dunning Kruger is so strong, he might actually think he can get away without wiring the 32k... I guess were all gonna have to wait and see how this goes, I can wait a week. I would absolutely lose my shit if he borrowed the 32k from the mother in law, or SFWA, and then instead used it to pay another attorney for more shenanigans, total Patrick S Tomlinson, move.

Not completely sure and AnOminous might be able to clarify, but pleadings, no matter how bad, tend to be defamation proof.
