I think it probably happened for exactly the reasons @Pointless Sperg pointed out over a year ago. They had him in a diversion program that may as well have been personally written for him (with Rob Bell involved no less), and he played the tism card again. Since he apparently lived up to the terms of the agreement, they dismissed.

This was basically what was going to happen if he didn't fuck up and miraculously he didn't.

Heil Heilberg I guess. This is about the best result Chris could have obtained.

That one pic doesn’t tell anything like that. And even IF she was ‘dementia free’ two years ago that doesn’t mean she still is 2 years later.
 
So the charges were dropped on August 9 ?./ where did he go on that day after the charges were dropped? I can’t really see why they would let him stay at the group home anymore if the charges are dropped. Shouldn’t he have been kicked out of that place the same day the charges were dropped? Or shortly after? Is he still there? If so, why was he not kicked out? Are they taking all his tugboat as a form of rent payment to let him stay there still even if the charges are dropped? When is he being kicked out of there? I don’t comprehend.
