You can get a CCNA cert after like a 2 week boot camp, or you could take a summer course at a community college and be done in 6-12 weeks if you're that freaking busy. Not sure what Cisco has to do with any of this seeing as it's almost entirely done through terminal emulators (often on devices that are used almost solely for Cisco networking and wouldn't have personal accounts on them), and you'd have no reason to stop working in the middle of going through your setup (because it should take you about 5 minutes tops to set up your initial config). Let alone why you wouldn't know how to secure a Cisco device seeing as that's literally the first lesson in their cert programs.

It's like that guy who never can't keep a job for more than a year because he got caught stealing, doesn't have the skills, always came in late, being rude towards customers and whatever
other reasons that never were his fault.
