IIRC Kiara has had some incidents. I think there's a video of a guy chasing in the thread but outside of that i'm afraid not Stalker Child.
That predated her time as Kiara though, i believe at least, she has a few schizos who have followed her from her idol days and i think last year she had a issue with one following her to a con and stalking her there.

Is Filian like... 13? She makes Pippa seem like an intelligent, mature adult in comparison. I still have a hour to go on the stream but so far it feels like a boomer vs zoomer video.
Having finished it now, I feel like we watched different streams. The two get in a few arguments where they scream over each other but Pippa's pretty low energy throughout most of it. In fact, they don't seem to click until the last thirty minutes. Pippa hid her pipkin well and did her best to deal with Filian's constant weird non-sequiturs.
The mongoloid getting called out in this tweet here was more of a creepy sperg than anything else, but it happened pretty recently and got the guy banned from all of twitch I think. RJ2theLA2 was in the chats of every female vtuber on twitch for at least the past year, then used this vtuber-centric con as a chance to meet his waifus in real laifu. The cherry on top was that he apparently traveled cross-country in a van and camped out along the way just for the chance to hold hands with the egirls. I think there's photos out there that he posted of his shitty makeshift campsites, maybe somebody else around here know where to find them.
