You see, even if you concede, that Nyberg was just trying to be "edgy" (I can't be arsed to go through all the fuck knows how many pages long material ED links), some of her defenders are rather creepy.

Distributing CP, for starters. You don't even have to see the pics posted, the horrified reactions and descriptions from other people in the chat is enough to know they contained some vile shit.

She also was a frequenter of pedophilia sites and often linked to them, so the odds of having a harddrive of CP are high. There's also some argument about whether she distributed nudes of her 8 year-old cousin or actually molested her (beyond her descriptions of a tickle-fight involving a massager)

Really? Is there anything like proof for any kind of these allegations? People claimed, that the cops have searched her home and searched her hard drive. If they would have found anything, she'd be in jail and it be here all over. So, are there any proof for crimes she committed (possession and/or distribution of CP, molestation of minors and so on)?

The proof of her linking to CP and pedophilia sites were in the chatlogs. A choice excerpt:

The pedophilia-advocacy websites and images she linked to were taken down by the feds years ago, with the exception of the sexualized photos she took and posted of her young cousin (which she shared with other open pedophiles, along with the 8 year-old's personal information). Sarah insists that she never did anything physical, so the chatlogs alone aren't enough for prosecution so long as the images can't still be viewed by the people at the FBI who's job it is to verify CP (this job actually exists). Ironically, by referring to her shirtless selfies as child porn, she implicates both herself and Milo in distributing them.

Sarah once claimed at around 2006-2007 that the cops raided her home and took her computer for having lolita and "child erotica" content. However, no public record exists of this, so I doubt it happened.

Sarah's parents also told Milo that they hadn't allowed her to be unsupervised around her cousin for several years prior, for reasons that they didn't want to specify.

Iirc she also mentions in the logs the parents didn't allow her with the cousin unsupervised.

Would there be public record of the raid if she was never charged with a crime? If it happened I hypothesize the reason nothing came of it was that she was juuuust smart enough to keep her CP elsewhere, or that what she had, while obvious pedoshit, wasn't technically illegal. I know loli/shota and those creepy child model pics are illegal in some places, but I don't think they're illegal everywhere. And arent the anti drawn CP laws specifically targeted at registered sex offenders?

In fact, long before the stuff in that article he went on a tirade that got him suspended for screaming at Sarah over jokes she had made in IRC. He kept pretending she really wanted to fuck dogs. When that angle of taking IRC jokes out of context didn't pan out, much later on with gamergate's help he was pretending she really wanted to fuck kids.
Now he's trying to pretend he got suspended for 'just making jokes.' No Milo, it was because you do twitter ToS-violating shit like try to ruin people's lives for making shitty chat jokes in IRC.

Drawn CP occupies a legal grey area from what I understand. It's technically illegal, but there have been very few prosecutions of possession of it. But reading the infamous chat logs, Nyberg linked to real, actual CP. I agree, he was smart enough to not keep it on his home machine, or he'd be a convicted felon right now. I'm sure he's got a stash squirreled away somewhere, but if/when he goes to jail, it'll probably be for tax evasion/fraud, not for CP. Unless some agency starts actively monitoring his net traffic, he's probably going to skate on the most reprehensible stuff. It sucks, but that's the way the world works.

Nothing I said could be construed as saying he didn't deserve a trial. He's just never going to be brought up on possession of CP charges because he seems to have been smart enough to not keep a stash that could be directly linked to him. He'll never see the inside of a courtroom for that. He might very well stand trial for tax evasion, and possibly fraud, because there's ample evidence of that, but that's all he's likely to ever get charged with.

Who gives a shit? Al Capone died in prison on tax evasion charges instead of the dozens of heinous murders he was involved with. If Nyberg gets sentenced for fraud/tax shit at least he'll be locked up where he can't hurt anyone's children.

Nyberg had a pants-shitting meltdown on Gamerghazi today after the whole mombot trolling went down. For the uninitiated, mombot, a pro-GGer, set up a little sting operation with which to catch Anti-GGers being blatant hypocrites. To do so, mombot leaked a fake identity and several of Anti-GG's biggest, including Israel Galvez and a creative manager at UbiSoft, took the bait and proceeded to try to Dynastia the ever-loving shit out of mombot, because finally, someone they hated could be "brought to justice."

It was a trap, of course.

Mombot pulled a masterstroke of a dick move, and simply sat back and collected the ensuing data from people who were keen on using angry mob justice, exposing them subsequently as the blatant hypocrites they are.

So what was Nyberg's sperging over?

(i was aware FUIWORK referenced the first name, but i don't really consider him part of some principled community of anti-harassment/SJ twitter, and the latter dude i'd never even heard of.)
