Yeah, and look what that got us. Inflation.
Even if there are no stimulus checks, don't be surprised by a repeat of another PPP loan fiasco in the event of another COVID-19 situation.. The NGOs and lobbyists will get the money for their masters no matter what.

Any kind of government bailout again on that scale will hit the economy pretty hard in the long term.

Yeah, and look what that got us. Inflation.

The money he gave people as Covid checks was a drop in the bucket compared to what was printed to help banks and the stock market. Not to mention how much Biden has turned the printer on to Ukraine and shit like his Inflation Reduction Act and the retarded Bidenomics shit with more push for green stuff.

That very well might be, I eluded to that earlier. I'm done saying, "dude bro, Trump's gonna win no way he can't." Games. All I am stating is VV might be a viable alternative to Donald Trump if it comes down to it. Heck, might be a good candidate in the far off future as well. It is why I said if the media starts to go after VV like they did Trump, yeah he'll be my guy in that situation. Either him or Kennedy, though admittedly the Kennedy vote would be more so to see if the Kennedy curse is real. I was quietly hoping the blowhards on the right would actually stand up and get violent with the domestic terrorists named ANTIFA, law enforcement, and then the Federal government. But that isn't gonna happen and I don't believe it'll happen if the election is "stolen" from Trump again in 2024. Because the right is a bunch of cucks looking for a hug box and anyone who comes out to run against Donald Trump is an enemy. Not good policy.
Well I was less talking about Trump with my assertion. After watching multiple businesses drown from india-based control I'd rather not see the same happen to the white house. In regards to bold I've always felt the same sadly.

I'm not against other right wing alternatives to Trump, I don't even think Trump will really get much done if elected this time, I'm just more against Vivek after all the weird and shady shit I see about him. Sure that may happen to any candidate but I don't want any floodgates substituted for SA/Africa.

The GOP is so desperate to ignore reality and the future they are grasping at all sorts of straws.

They really think this is something that voters are gonna be worried about. This is how detached from reality they are. What does it matter? What does it actually offer the voter as a draw?
This actually matters more than you think. The image of the married man as settled and less prone to rash action is -firmly- cemented in the minds of everyone on a subconscious level. Even the modern gens show a decreasing but still clear majority view on this. Even if nobody would ever cite it as the reason they didn't vote for someone, likely because they did not consciously think of it, it -does- play an outsized role in decision making.

The pajeet would be useful for only one thing -- as VP, it would give Trump an in to make nice with the tech industry and the like. Imagine 4 years of Trump where big tech isn't fighting him tooth and nail and is instead fucking over any Uniparty attempts to sabotage his admin.
Half of Big Tech. The currently quiet half. Don't think Vivek being in would mean Trump has a clean slate on that front,

If Trump makes him the VP I will not and frankly could not stop referring to him as the Vice Poo-in-loo. Vice Poo for short.
That just makes me want it more.

Why would Vivek Ramaswamy have any sway with big tech? His background is mostly in hedge funds and biotech. He even worked in support of pro-DEI and ESG initiatives while he was the CEO of a drug company.
Short version, the man is a puppet that's why. Bought and paid for. By whom? The other half of big tech, your Thiels, Musks, etc. Loosely libertarian, kinda lolcows, hating the overt and extreme leftward shift. Not really Republicans, do support a lot of the progressive/WEF agenda, but at least have some level of moderation and are more than willing to amputate off the extreme, diseased limb.

A lot of people did the math on the $600 stimmy checks and realized the total cost of the bill would account for $100k+ for every American. People were especially pissed because they were expecting $2,000 checks. It was one of Biden's biggest campaign points in Georgia. I'm paraphrasing, but he told multiple crowds that if they voted for him, $2k checks would be in the mail on day 1 of his presidency. The hood didn't forget.

Wonder if Trump even has chance at this point, given all the controversy surrounding him. And for all those saying that his mugshot is just gonna make him more popular, people on other sites that are meming the heck out of it say otherwise.

The only thing dumber than KnowYourMeme users is valuing anything they have to say.

@Absurdist Laughter
not sure why i can't quote you

See, the problem is y'all are so fuckin' short sighted. Trump will have at max one more term, then what? It'll be four years of attempting to dig out the economy of which the previous administration is doing a bang on job to fuck up the house. It's like the Democrats are an Airbnb guest that does some Logan Paul mayhem in it and then leaves without cleaning any of it. It's a problem, he won't be able to do what we want him to do in four years. Tackle the economy, tackle the boarder, tackle whatever other bullshit pandemic coupled with the propaganda machines printing papers faster than the eye can see. I'd rather have someone who potentially has 8 years to fix these problems, Trump was doing a very good job before the pandemic hit but it took four years to get to very good from luke warm. Yes, I will continue to push people who aren't part of the political in crowd; even better when they've been scorned by the establishment. Desantis is a swamp monster bought and paid for by corporations that are allied with the Democrat interest; power above all else. The biggest problem with Trump is he lost suburban people, even today the folks who I know say they regret voting for Biden but Trump isn't "presidential". That's going to haunt him for a long while. It'll get worse the closer to the election we become as some of the base that were responsible to get Trump into the president's seat have been siphoned off to other politicians and it will be hard to win them back; especially if they allowed the seed of "Trump is a criminal" to infect their thoughts. Even just a little.

Whatever, I'll just continue to sit in my weather van and continue watching the political storm. Fuck the future let's just continue dwelling in the past.
all points that i am too short sighted to see. i will think about this.

where you lost me is the comment about the burbs. growing up there, living there, working there... i don't hear much negativity about trump. see a lot of trump stickers and flags. some are so big im embarrassed for them. i am in a blue collar field and get guys showing me trump/fuck joe memes at lunch. never have politics ever been a conversation at work for us. we wanna get drunk, fuck and party. no time for politics.

all of that has changed and it's just for one guy.

You are aware just how niche the source you're posting is right? The top comment has +19, I could find more traction on a random youtube channel with 5k subs. I haven't done polling or researched the reaction to the mugshot in depth, but would imagine that the range will be breakeven to moderately favourable to Trump.
