Guys I have a confession to make. I'm a terrible, terrible hypocrite, being mean to poor old Austin when I myself am cripplingly addicted to gambolling.

Aww yeah, that's the good shit.

Does nobody here understand blackjack fundamentals? Of course you split aces and the dealer's up card determines whether you stand or hit on 12-16.

Here's a helpful chart (allow minor variations in some situations depending on the # of decks being used):

Following this would increase Brokemanjack's win rate by a thousandfold. That being said, the way Stake (and all casinos) structure Blackjack provides them with a house advantage so over the long term, there's still always negative EV. Only reason to play is for the social aspect, the comps or both.

ADHD is not a real thing, but he does have fried dopamine circuits from his overstimulating lifestyle.
Between the dopaminergic drugs and the insane rollercoaster ride that is gambling, he must have a dopamine tolerance that would make blackholes appear on brain scans.

Sadly it's not just a case that would require dopamine fasting. You could put him in an isolation cell for two months that he would be chemically cured, but you know that he is hardwired to be a gambling addict. Even if he doesn't touch casino ever again he'd end up gambling on a video game like he did before.
Gambling is a mechanism that exists everywhere in life. Even if it's buying twinkies and have a 1 in 1,000,000 chances of getting a "lifetime supply of Twinkies".

Disagree; ADHD is a real disorder, and austin has it. ADHD is itself a dopaminergetic disorder, so that consuming amphetamines and increasing dopamine in the synapses actually calms adhd patients down and allows them to focus on a task. Some people with ADHD are total wrecks without medication, just incapable of focusing without it.

Also the main feature of addiction in the brain is actually the reduction of dopamine receptors, that’s how addicts build tolerance to the drug and need more to get the same effect. Fewer receptors = lesser effect. But imo Austin’s cocaine use supports my armchair diagnosis.

TLDR; I know a little bit about medicine and ADHD is real

As somebody who has ADHD, It takes alot of self learning, and will power to manage ADHD, but sadly the symptoms of it will always linger in the back. I live a completely normal life, and am pretty successful. But its a struggle sometimes, I haven't taken any medication since 16, and im 27 now. What you said about consuming amphetamines is 100% accurate.

There are non-amphetamine treatment options, but it’s also essential to do occupational therapy and counseling. Just so you learn coping mechanisms, systems for organizing, etc. The struggle is real. I’m happy for you that you are not impulsively breaking your house apart and screaming at a slot machine like a lunatic tho like our boy Austin here

Gym, meditation, and creating systems that work for me was the trick. The side effects from the medication is what really made me want to manage it on my own, but ye took alot of time and it wasnt an easy process.

@xMasCrack make sure to livestream it if you ever decide to start.
LMAOOOO

I am pretty sure if Austin actually took medication he wouldn't be this much of a wreck. He could be making actual money from streaming

Learning something about ADHD in a thread where we are laughing at a gambling addict. All in a day of browsing the Kiwi Farms.

Anyways, haven't seen him on stream for a while, I feel like I am addicted to seeing this tard losing all of his money on stream.
