Even if Ella isn't directly talking to children (big doubt there) the fact that he is indirectly trying to corrupt them via creating porn to be used in early porn introduction is grooming behavior. He should not be allowed around kids. He should not be allowed to have a Twitch platform that isn't marked 18+. He should be harshly called out and called a pedo, because HE IS ONE.
Marking something 18+ does jack shit. It's not like there's a guy at the ticket booth asking for ID. Relying on kids to self-police themselves out of any place that says they shouldn't be there is absurd. (There are teens posting here, despite the "if you're under 18 get out" notice.)
But a place that specifically wants them there (to groom), run by people who openly talk about the benefits and high of grooming, is never going to scoot them out the door. They're going to say (at most), "don't tell anyone (but me)." "Ella" should be banned from every single platform forever, as should Orion, and everyone else like them.
The irony that garbage like these cruds are platformed, and a place like KF, which is harsh but mostly just individuals spectating standard cows, offering some unpalatable takes, and at least lending a hand in exposing some horrific persons and acts*, is internet public enemy #1 and the subject of extermination attempts, is at an absurd level.

At least in part because evil pariah Josh Moon did the right thing (and afair, pretty much immediately) when not just a stranger but someone he had tried to help did something awful and illegal. Where can you go to see evil monkey-abusers and other animal abusers exposed? Here. Millions of people manage to emerge from shitty home environments without transforming themselves into chronically masturbating troon pedophiles. Evil is a choice. Conflating evil with mental illness muddles the meaning of both.
For example, we have good reason to believe this twisted clowny fuck enjoys 'no limits' CP yet hasn't been nailed for it by the authorities, who are almost certainly aware of who and what he is, yet he's somehow managed to cleverly hide his CP stash and evade detection and arrest. A mentally ill person, someone by definition irrational and detached from reality, wouldn't have the wits or wherewithal to pull this off and would probably be unaware they're doing anything wrong or illegal, oblivious to consequences. Not this guy. He knows.
He isn't severely mentally ill.
Having a "mental illness"/being "mentally ill" =/= insane or not knowing what you're doing, or not being able to scheme and hide what you're doing, or not being legally or morally responsible for what you're doing. It's a matter of degree.
The term is used in a lot of ways, from meaning anything that inhibits a highly functional life (anxiety, depression, panic attacks, etc.) to the other end of complete delusion 100% of the time to the point of being unfunctional/not able to understand the difference between right and wrong. And everything in-between, including personality disorders. So if you mean "mentally ill to the point of a successful "not guilty by reason of insanity""levels, then you're talking the rarest of the rare. But without a doubt he is warped and fucked in the head on many levels and is definitely "mentally ill" in that sense. He is also disgusting, malicious, intends to harm people, and has an interest in being evil. The two (mentally ill and a bad person) are not mutually exclusive. Much like a standard narcissist is both "mentally ill" and 100% to blame for damage they cause, Orion is both mentally fucked up and willfully depraved/malicious/evil.
