I can't think of any pizza place I've ever been to that put parma on a cheese pizza. That's almost always for the consumer of the pizza to add to taste, like crushed red pepper.

Every place I've gone to for pizza had parmesan on it. Some even had real Parmigiano Reggiano. You must buy the dollar stuff sold a food carts.
