gambling winnings and crypto are all taxable. Gambling losses can be deducted from winnings. Juice is still probably considered income. Even if you assume he doesn’t end up owing proving it would be hell. Each time he gets juiced, deposits, gets some money from the cat, withdraws to bitcoin, then deposits again and loses it is like 6 taxable events. He does that multiple times a day lmao. The feds will probably never notice him but a big purchase might do it.
