I am cooking something up, but the rate limiting at Kick and that no single standard tool seems to support Kick at this point means I have to script something myself. Twitch & YouTube I usually just hammer with requests every 10 secs and start dumping the stream to disk as soon as someone comes online, but Kick just starts giving me 404 or 503 errors if I try that strategy. I am working on triggering on the notifications via email (that seems to work now, but fucked up the stream url extraction so last times he went live it failed to actually capture the stream) and using the notifications they offer on their website, especially with his new DFE strategy I want to at least try recording all of his autism.

My fully automated Kick grabber is finally operational. No rate limiting, no IMAP malarkey and it works lightning quick. You need Python and the "websockets" library, plus it does some NT-specific bullshit to pop out a window so anyone who wants to use this may need to adjust to their needs.
