She’s so passionate about abortion even though she’s lesbian like nigga you’re not the target demographic
Abortion is one of those things that's like a black hole for debate that they want everyone to care about. One of the perks of not being straight is to never have to give a fuck about it, but you'd be surprised how many are deeply invested anyway.
I think everyone thinks 2023 4chan is still 2014 4chan.
4chan has an /lgbt/ board now where they talk about how to get your hormones and surgery for your tranny stuff, who knows what age the people are asking the questions. /pol/ is half filled with redditors and Antifa types spamming BBC and Tranny shit. A good number of the mods are probably trannies consider the bans I've seen handed out. It's also being monitored after the anonymous threats to some dumb sheriff was handed over to the FBI and the guys were arrested.
2023 /pol/ is not this Nazi Antarctica Super Bunker you think it is.
/lgbt/ is miserable. The other boards that have always been bad are still bad in one way or another, but 4chan doesn't have that "internet hate machine" intimidation factor that it had in the 00s. I'm just glad I mostly hover around the hobby boards where nothing has really changed in the past 20 years.
I thought r/girlgamers was mostly troons? They even had a misgendering incident when they scheduled an online game after which some guys made a hilarious CSS edit on the page.
Can't find it anymore, sadly.
It might be. I just know that every time I've gone there, it's the same complaints from women shitting and pissing themselves over really light ribbing in online games. To be honest though the only women I've really seen tolerate that sort of thing well are the women that grew up around guys or are more extroverted and know how to banter.
Gotta admit though, I know someone who hooked up with a hot teacher about a year after high school graduation. She didn't handle us outside of substitutions a few days a year.
It's sussy and trashy, but many high fives were had.
Definitely sussy and trashy, but I can understand that better than situations where it's a medal of honor to be groomed by a teacher. It's kind of a meme to say this at this point, but reversing the genders on almost any "scandal" between a female teacher and her student gives clarity to how serious it is.
Also had one of these. She was great but pretty hands off with her instruction, obviously in the futile attempt to get students reading.
Many of the girls hated her for some reason.
They're not always the worst. Sometimes they joke around with the students on a level where it's acknowledged that they can respect them like adults and it gives kids a bit more engagement since they want to be treated that way (at least around late-middle and high school). If done in a healthy big sibling kind of way, it works. But the ones that don't know how to keep that balance and do it anyway are the ones that open up about their sex life with their students and want to gossip about their peers.
Most likely because the guys liked her.
I had some really bad female teachers, and mostly good male teachers, especially through college.
That said, I had a lot fewer male teachers in general and most of the female teachers were great.
Also, two male teachers (who I never had) in my school got arrested for fucking teen students. So there's that.
There's no hard line with perverts. They'll only get into the job because they have easy access to young people and kids. The insistence that women would never do that is just flat out wrong and it prevents us from really knowing the truth and protecting students. If I had to wager, women would have a higher rate just because of how many more there are in the profession, but I'm sure there would be a more equal amount between male and female teachers once everything's factored together. The odds of that ever happening though are pretty slim.
Reminds me of this one time a few years back playing Overwatch. No one had said anything all match. Everyone was minding their own business. One member of the team pulls off a good ultimate and gives us the advantage. One of our teammates, a woman, says "Nice job" in voice chat.
I shit you not the INSTANT she said that some other guy replied "Shut up, hole" and it sounded like his mic was in his esophagus. No one said anything else during the rest of the match.
I laughed so hard it made my stomach hurt.
Gaming is inherently hostile. This whole "Heckin' wholesome inclusive welcoming gaming community UwU" is very recent, forced and unnatural. There's a reason why Nigger is "the gamer word", and a lot of women think they can hang, but they can't.
I used to play with some friends who would bring their girlfriends along and they couldn't handle the lightest bantz. If someone t-bagged them, they got all huffy and reported them. Someone trash talked in chat? Call him toxic and load up the canned responses: "who hurt you?". The kind of thing anyone over the age of 12 would shrug off, they treated as a real threat because that's not what heckin inclusive gaming is all about.
I don't think anyone is prepared for how intense it is. But since it's mostly a male thing, guys tend to slip right in once they get used to it. That level of crudeness and sometimes explosive anger is very direct and the total opposite of how guys would normally treat a woman anywhere else (for the most part). Not that women can't learn to roll with the punches the same way we did, I just imagine it's a lot more difficult and most would rather not.
