Wait. So the 2nd guy is an alleged "shooter" who tried to force his way into the conference. Did he have a ticket? I am going to take a wild guess that he planned that far ahead. If they refund him fine.

But all of his ammunition and guns were left in his car? What kind of a shooter forgets his guns and ammunition in his car? And how do you have a "concealed gun" in your car? Anyone who keeps a fire arm in their car should always keep it out of sight. Preferably in the trunk while they are away.

Armor piecing ammunition sounds bad, but is that just a local law issue? The "high capacity" magazine sounds like a local law issue.

Did the 2nd guy make threats prior to arriving? Did the guy make threats to shoot up the venue after he was refused entry? If he was refused entry, I am assuming they knew something about this guy ahead of time. Did they sell him an online ticket anyway?

They have all these absurd laws to charge otherwise-lawful gun owners. Some blue cities in "Open Carry" red states have tried charging people for "concealed weapon" because part of their jacket covered part of their external waist holster.
