Not just California, but San Francisco.

California is about as anti-2nd Amendment as it gets. I genuinely don't understand how they haven't just been roflstomped by the Supreme Court at this point with all the retarded shit they pass there. I know "shall not be infringed" is a meme at this point (not that it deserves to be) but JFC, they do everything they can think of to make having a gun illegal there while "technically" not banning them.

I didn't see any "real shooting" tweets from the 2nd guy, Mikhail Olson. If Mikhail Olson tweeted a manifesto or anything related to shooting, I would love to see it.

Agreed. The whole "real shooter" and all of the charges of guns and ammo in his car makes much more sense once you know that Mikhail Olson punched a cop in this incident. Complete fucking moron who in theory would get the book thrown at him for punching a cop on video.

But who knows. This is San Francisco California. Maybe punching cops isn't a crime there. But hell, throw in some gun charges and this guy may suddenly be going to prison for life.

He should have shop lifted something less than $1,000 in value so the cops and security would have had to let him go.

Mikhail Olson: "Your honor. I was only shop lifting a $100 ticket to the convention. And then store security brutally pushed and attacked me. And then called the police who proceeded to beat the shit out of me. I wouldn't have shop lifted that convention ticket if I could afford to feed myself."

Never a good idea to give the pigs a reason to want to fuck you over. He is going to need a good lawyer because if the cops want to fuck him because of that, they will do all in their power to do so

Checking his twitter, he is clearly right-wing and has a grudge against Roblox leadership/devs. It is possible that he was just trying to join the conference by force because he saw them as trying to fuck him over and didn't connected that having a gun in your car plus attempted breaking in is not a very good look. He should also have not resisted arrest

It seems what caused him to eventually snap and try and break in into Roblox was getting screw over a project and a ongoing lawsuit which caused him to get more embittered. I really doubt he wanted to shoot the place, most likely he wanted to just wanted to be part of the community and the dev circles again and the attempt breaking in was him lashing out.

Resisting arrest was the dumbest thing he could do if he wasn't planning on shooting up the place. He's fucked now.

If that's the case, it would make total sense that someone from AZ just always had their guns in their car, and then got fucked by California gun law because they don't know anything about it
