I think @Lidl Drip is right on these being 'shopped, unfortunately short of an admission there would be no way to definitively prove it.
1. Even if the image is high enough resolution, the subject is so far away it is effectively in potato quality. This could be compositing incompetence, but as a shitpost artisan myself, I can tell you lowering the resolution is bar-none the best way to hide manipulation.
2. Holding up the phone is going to make them asymmetrical. But if he is flexing as his right indicates, the left would not be nearly nonexistent.
3. The resolution-drop helps and there's enough contrast it can be split into layers without warping the background. But observe the following:

If you look at the pixels outside the green dotted line you will see a noticeable grain structure in color variance. This is normal and indicative of an unmodified area. You don't get to move many pixels in any direction without some change in color/brightness. Compare this to within the dotted area where suddenly it goes as smooth as Drexel's brain.

This is literally the only area where you see something like this. Simple warping/upscaling has this problem and it actually takes a bit of effort to make it less noticeable. Based on the asymmetry* I'm thinking he wanted to try for Terry Crews level traps. Real B+ work but I'm sure it's fine for the coal burners in Minnesota. Otherwise anything else pictured shows he's in shape but it's hardly impressive. I'm also guessing we only get above the waist because leg day is as foreign to him as rational thought.
