Looking into the usernames, I found an email address with "Ricewynd", which was ricewynd@googlemail.com. I scanned the email and I must say I was not disappointed. I check his Google Maps and he has reviewed 2 places, one being in Manchester, and the other being in Stockport. This one kind of threw me off a little bit, because he had registered names with random things as well. Like the Duolingo Account "Malcolm Winters" ricewynd@googlemail.com was registered in Duolingo [A] (Malcolm Winters, learning Japanese), Google (Maps, Calendar, Plus Archive.org & YouTube [A] ), Flickr (Malcious), Gravatar [A] (Malcious), Adobe, BuyMeACoffee, Change.org, Envato, Eventbrite, Imgur, Office 365, Paypal, Pintirest, Quora, Spotify, Twitter, Ubisoft Connect, Vimeo and Skype (ricewynd, under the name "Professor .Dinosour".
Now, onto the leaks. He was in the Twitter scrape on this email, under the name "The History Possum" [A] Still up, it's been up for about 2011. The bio reads as follows: "Edinburgh ScotFur | Male | Gay af | | connoisseur of history and occasional pro life tips | Not to be trusted". (felix reference?)

That's what The_Chieftain called everybody out on. There's very little official, or at the very least corroborated information out there about the tank. It's not even fresh off the line, it's literally still a prototype design. The only thing LP really got right in his video on the T-14 is pointing out how the crew compartment's internal layout changes every time it's showed off for the cameras. That's very likely because nothing about the tank's ergonomics is set and the doctrine for it is still in active development. To say nothing about the mechanical parts.
The few bits of "official" information we have do point towards the engine being simply not ready for prime time (that's assuming the tweet thread is being truthful, anyway). None of it merited the 62 fucking minutes he spent on it (or ANY of the claims about its lineage, Nazi or not). Really, that entire video wasn't about the T-14, it was just one big "Russia sux lol" argument with the T-14 as a framing device. I don't know about boards, but in 2002 there was a tank game that came out for the PS2 called "seek and destroy." Great game but from what I've seen, that's where a lot of tank speds got their start since it did throw in a few autistic elements. Not sure about any forums for it though. The timeline does match up however.
