So some aspect of his gait is unmistakably male, but aspect suggests some sort of problem with posture. Is his eyesight so bad that he slouches for hours at a time as his vision gets more and more blurry?
Despite the strange posture, so much of those sidelines shots signal "make, male, male" The feet, the hips, the shoulder the fat distribution around his stomach rather than the hips and chest.

This really highlights one of the great hypocrisies of the trans community. Brickface identifies as a snow leopard and it’s just treated as a game. He can dress up as a leopard, he can act like his idea of how a leopard acts, but obviously he is still a human. Nobody is expected to believe he’s anything other than a human playing pretend. We accept that it would be absurd to call him an actual leopard. If he claimed to be such, we would call him mentally ill.

It's Kyphosis. It's a well known problem that eunuchs develop. If you look at pictures of historical eunuchs they all develop the same body type, same posture, curved spine, pot belly etc.
