It would be a lot easier if Liz had his head laser scanned. He would have to take his glasses off though as it might intensify the beam and burn a hole through the atmosphere. You can get extremely cheap at-home 3d head scanners now, too. Liz just needs to search Amazon for "microwave."

It's a classic case of the bad guy not realizing he's the bad guy, like Alec Guinness' s Colonel Nicholson at the end of The Bridge Over The River Kwai or Michael Douglas' William Foster in Falling Down, with the difference being those two movie bad guys realized they were the bad guys in the last act. I don't think our boi Elliot has the self-awareness to come to that realization.

If the LLC is registered in WV, wouldn't that be the jurisdiction?

Friend in FL was sued by litigator in Alabama and jurisdiction given to Alabama since "the defamed person resides in Alabama."
Since Null does not live in WV, maybe this isn't possible?

Or is it where the *business* resides?
