@Penne Dreadful is correct, he peaked at 923k if I remember correctly, then started dropping. Since January 2021 he has not experienced a single week of positive growth on his channel:

Jim was sued in 2017/2017 but his original video of it and the main bulk of the drama was 2014/2015 which I would say was more defining than the lolsuit.
A good addition would be Jim winning a woman's wrestling championship belt even though he's a morbidly obese man.

Starting a podcast with tranny Laura Kate Dale and subsequently driving good guy Gavin off the internets is a big one.
Others also seem butt mad about Le Duke de Monte-Hardcore persona, but I personally didn't care.

No wonder he's so pissy with everyone unsubscribing despite him not losing many patreon bucks. He was so fucking close to having something else in his house that he could point to and say made him better than everyone else. But now he'll forever be stuck with a useless silver button only. And according to social Blade, he's on track to lose 1k a week so we'll get the under 700k special in 18 months.

This would've been ignorable if he didn't add the "skeletal structure is no reliable identifier of sex or gender". That's just plain wrong and delusional for very obvious reasons.

Perhaps sooner, I believe youtube is going to start deleting inactive accounts soon, meaning any abandoned/dead accounts will vanish from Jim’s subscribers.

Fuck I can't believe I forgot that, and him proudly showing the footage of him (incompetently) choke-slamming a woman a fraction of his size.
I wanted to include some LKD but I couldn't think of anything significant since nobody ever really gave a fuck about any of Jim's podcasts, even the good ones.
I think it was also speculated LKD was responsible for Jim trooning out in the first place.

I'd highlight it as a general arc, as the podcast more or less documents Jims fall from his Escapist days to his full degeneracy now. Regardless of whether you thing it was extrinsic, LKD, or some combo of the two, the Podquisition is the banner that heralded the complete collapse of his personality in favor of his persona.

I suppose it would be worth dedicating a section in the hypothetical new OP to Jim's podcasts, since he's had at least 5 by my count (Podtoid, Dismal Jesters, Boston's Favourite Son, whatever he calls that shit with LKD...was Fist Shark Marketing a podcast or just Conrad's business?)

I used to listen to the podcast, I distinctly recall Gavin reading his prepared statement about how doing the podcast "wasn't fun anymore" with a defeated sound in his voice.
I also remember LKD shrieking like a banshee about Joker, the movie that will turn white men into mass shooters (except it didn't). I don't recall if it was that episode or Gavin quitting or whichever came first, but shortly after this period I stopped listening.
With Jim's videos, I noticed the downward spiral began subtly, as the change in his set from black-and-red to black-and-pink, ditching the podium and trying a more ringmaster vibe. I had a gut feeling it was because his very subtle (ironic) nazi vibe wasn't acceptable anymore. I don't know how, it was just a feeling, probably combined with the steady increase in whining on his podcast. That change to pink heralded his current deranged narcissistic path.
The Jim Sterling of years past was able to do sexual humor with wit and creativity, such as his Call of Duty Brazzers porn parody, which I actually played for multiple friends to acclaim (haven't asked, but I assume everyone I've recommended Jim's channel to has been long unsubscribed). He's just so vile now. He just shoves everything he can in your face. No charm or wit or creativity.

Fetlife is Myspace for 40 year olds looking to plan gangbangs. You can find a good handful of lolcows there, but there's two problems:

I was unaware of this. If Jim has/had a fetlife account there is a 90%+ chance his nudes are out there. God help us all.
I don't think he's married to LKD; pretty sure three-way marriages are in no way legal in the UK. Any reference he may have made to polyamorous marriages is likely similar to how he calls Phoenix his 'husband' (i.e. it's all fucking made up).
LKD is married to the ogre on a train (who has an embarrassing JQ logo tattoo, which is retroactively even funnier now Jim had to ditch that logo after his breakup with Justin) but if he's in any way romantically involved with Jim it's in an unofficial capacity and likely just part of Jim's Big Gay LARP.
