Sorry for double posting, but I think this is better as its own post. I managed to obtain the whole 9/12 stream-- in particular the part that @SeaSearching was talking about (the meeting with fan and the food court):

A fan recognises Ian. This is actually worse than I thought lol. Anisa stands far away and then says something but is completely ignored for some good second hand embarrassment, then seethes about how no one cares about her.

At the food court now. Something interesting I wanted to point out is that Ian is actually reading the chat at the start while Anisa just wears the backpack. He seems to be adequate at it too. I would say probably better than Anisa. I haven't watched the whole stream so I don't know what happens for Anisa to take control later.

Anisa doesn't want to show herself on camera. A true Lovecraftian horror experience. It is up to the viewer's imagination to imagine what thrift shop monstrosity she has on this day.
