The one that came before (the GTA 3) was insane too. I was 11 years old when I first played the game and I remember figuring out that I have to throw grenades into the window in that mission myself. The fact that there's a light in the room where you're supposed to chuck the grenade and that a cutscene zooms into it when you arrive to the area guides you directly, it's game design 101. Piggy on the other hand spent 10 minutes coping about the fact that the game doesn't have a grenade aim mechanic, the game never had you throw a grenade in a window before and hasn't explained to you that you're supposed to use the grenade throw mechanic and aim it at a window, he also said that you can't make fun of him for his stupidity because he didn't have a streamchat handholding him back then. He changed and machoored but he's also making excuses for his decade old shitty gameplay and low IQ. Then he concluded that the only reason that video was made was because that dude was jealous of Phil's success.

Metokur was completely right that piggy made games regress. They used him as an example of the lowest common denominator for Soy of War, so it's no wonder that in Ragnarok every time you enter a puzzle room Kratos' son tells you exactly how to solve the puzzle not even a minute in.
