Greta Gustava Martela / Kjel Anderson & Nina Chaubal / Niraj Chaubal - Stole $350k+ from Trans Lifeline, kill count of 2+ from negligence, Founders of Sisterwood/La Zorra.

Holy fuck you're doing a powerpoint not a fucking essay.

Most calls are level one and even the level 4 calls are just 'person is crying and wants to talk'
It seems like anybody, tran.s or not could say 'if you need to talk I'm here, here's a link to a wobsite'
But they're not even doing that
Have the automated system say 'go to this website'
Anything. Just anything.

I love the "self care" list
___ Express your outrage in social action, letters and donations, marches, protests"

___ Give yourself affirmations, praise yourself

Edit: Or my absolute favorite
"__ Say “no” to extra responsibilities sometimes" in the case of volunteers and it takes the form of no responsibility.

Okay, I've modified THE ALGORITHM.

The bot will now report on number of calls taken to more accurately reflect the situation. I just wish I could report number of calls missed versus operators.

Null I like it when you get creative.

Also can anyone give me a run down of what's happened I only got to page 4 before I had to go do things and I'm trying to catch up.

I found something interesting. I know it's been brought up that TLL is primarily made for mtf and visibly less supportive of ftm trans. Well its proven in their training manual (based on language used). Under "how to answer trans life line calls" which states it is written by Greta and is a guideline for starting a call. You think it would be gender neutral. No where is this designed to be an example using a fictional call, it's purely steps to take. Notice anything weird?

"When you sympathize with someone, you have compassion for that person, but you don’t necessarily feel her feelings. For instance, if your feelings toward someone who is experiencing hardship are limited to sympathy, then you might have a sense of regret for that person’s difficulty but are not feeling her feelings as if they’re your own. Meanwhile, sympathy has broader applications that don’t necessarily have to do with one person’s feelings for another. You can sympathize with a cause, for instance, or with a point of view that resonates with you.” Sympathy isn’t as helpful as empathy."

For a sjw protrans group, that language is pretty off putting and innapropriate. It carries on throughout the pages as well.

They repeatedly stress to volunteers if someone is actively killing themselves or something they won't call the authority on their behalf.
They'd be obligated to call a welfare check if possible. The "us" versus "them" mindset is destructive and if they wanted the overall world to take them seriously they wouldn't close ranks. They'd try to work with several other orgs for coverage, consultation and support building.

Is Pajeet Freakfootchandra a tranny or just a fugly woman? That one has honestly reached the pinnacle of 'genderless blob' that Shmorky was trying so hard to achieve.

Nina and Greta are both men that have fully transitioned and are now legally married. Greta has had a boob job (and that nude picture is AFTER it), and now has an aftermarket stink ditch. Nina's finished hers as well in 2015.

Has anyone tried legitimately getting ahold of someone, recording the call, posing as a person in crisis, and seeing how they handle the situation? Looking over these training materials, they're organized terribly, in desperate need of an editor, and just outright confusing at times. I'm concerned that even if you reached someone, they'd have zero fucking idea how to help you.
For fucks sake, there's a section in here about the history of harm reduction. There is no way these people have the training to be competent at dealing with someone in danger.
