I think that is especially interesting considering how long Boogie's been on YouTube. Logically, one would think someone like him would have the algorithm absolutely locked down at this point, but it's more than clear that he doesn't even have a good handle on his channel anymore, and hasn't for a long time now. The revelation that he was relying on ad revenue from his old Francis videos really exposed this for a lot of people I think, because even the average YouTube user has to know that can't be a lot of money.

Of the ~20 videos of Retropalooza 2023, a quick skim showed me that only ONE video besides Boogie's even acknowledged the presence of "special guests" at the event. Boogie shows up around the 1:30 mark and again, surprise, surprise, his shirt is covered with crumbs/dandruff/grimy shit.

Six Flags is one of the more popular "brand name" park chains in the US, but it's nowhere near as big as Disneyland/world. You can see the whole park in a day or much less, if you don't waste money and time on overpriced carnival games, food, and shops. In my experience if a family plans their vacations around going to Six Flags, they are either poor or huge coaster fans. Ticket prices right now are $40-105/person, which is 1/2 to 1/3 the cost of a Disneyland ticket.

That said, the experience is not as 'curated' as the Disney experience. If I had to sum it up, I'd say Disney has put a lot of effort into psychological manipulation to create the utopian vibes they sell. Six Flags has not, and the difference is palpable. Six Flags on a dead day is almost apocalypse vibes. You will never go to Disney on a dead day; if there are no guests (unlikely), the Cast Members are still there to put on their show.

The demographic at these parks is, as you probably guessed, mostly kids/young adults and the young adults are almost definitely either drunk or stoned. Is it any wonder Boogie's always there? But really, if Boogie is broke he should not be traveling or spending money on anything but essentials.

And this is a perfect demonstration of Boogie's attitude over his entire "career". It's always a one-way street with Boogie. If your job is to be a social media figure, you need to be providing value to your fans. Boogie's mistake is thinking there is any value in any of his banal content/merch. Boogie's content, without fail, always reeks of negativity. Constantly roasting his 'friends', bitching about no-names who hate him, complaining about his self-induced poor health, etc (notice these are all personal topics?). Negativity only attracts the people who have an axe to grind with the world. The normie trend right now is building up your fellow humans. That's what sells, Boogie. Embrace your ego death and demonstrate some selflessness. Make a "challenge" video where you go out and genuinely tell 10 random people they're doing a great job. Hell, make a video where you tell Dezi she's doing a great job; you know what she has to put up with.
