When they are old enough they might mention it and will be put down for noticing. They become the problem, not the drinking. Drinking will eventually take over everything, even if poverty isn’t in the mix.

It would have really conflicted as well with his 2022 summer travel schedule.

They should know his diagnosis by now 15+ months later unless Nick didn't follow medical advice.

If his bloodwork was inconclusive for some funky blood disease, the next step wouldn've been to do a bone marrow biopsy from his hip to determine what his cell lines are doing from source.

That would've been done days/weeks after any suspicious lab work, not two years later.

Not to power level, but I know what dying from cancer/undergoing cancer treatment looks like. If his "worst day" involved something relating to cancer he would go into treatment immediately and he wouldn't be streaming or traveling for a loooong time. Even if he tried to power through the initial treatments, he wouldn't have been able to stream day and night for several hours on end. It fucks with your mind and it fucks with your energy level. And the physical toll of treatment would make it obvious. Most Chemo patients lose their hair, quickly. Including facial hair. Furthermore, for chemo they install a port on your chest. Nick has been altogether pretty open about his health problems in the past. We know, for example, he suffers from narcolepsy and heat intolerance. He also claims to be diagnosed with ODD, but it's been mentioned here several times that that diagnosis doesn't normally apply to adults.

In any event, Nick's not burning everything down because he's dying and not telling anyone. He's burning everything down because he's an alcoholic (with possibly drugs mixed in), and is far more shitty of a person than he initially let on. His primary health issue is addiction related, and he's too proud to admit it or seek help.
